peat probably. Seedlings do not require direct light or nutes. I don't feed my girls until the cotyledons have started to yellow/shrivel, and I hold off direct light until she has first set of real leaves or stretches. Have fun

When I had questions about legality, I called the local Courthouse. Had my answer in less than 15 minutes. - Ummmm...no.

My 2cents. You're going to need much bigger pots. 10 gal minimum IMO, and extra large tomato cages They'll probably stay "compacted" as they grow & you'll need to thin them occasionally. Last years auto's filled 25gal pots. Good luck
