Relative humidity and light are irrelevant when the seed is underground.
No need to soak the seeds........just plant them and keep the soil moist.
I thought you said you soaked the seeds for 2-1/2 days.

Coco is drain to waste hydroponics........always feed to substantial run off.
It replenishes the nutes, pulls in fresh oxygen to the roots, and prevents salt build up.
Never use plain water in coco.

I think you're confused. Drain to waste hydro is done by either manual feeding from the top or an automatic drip system..........I feed manually from the top. No need to buy some 3 gallons pots............just use what you have.
They should look like this and ready to transplant around 2 weeks...
I wouldn't use anything but coco.........but that's just me. It doesn't take experience to successfully grow in coco.
