great post.

can't say I'm doing too many things different. Aside from the obvious not Ph'ing afterwards, and a few ingredients. I just use RO water, and obviously ca-mg to supplement. My tap water is shit here, so yeah.

I must admit, I generally don't read about people even measuring the ph of their compost tea; they just don't care. But if it's working for ya, well then yeah. cool.

http://theearthproject.org/id53.html read this you might learn some thing,,, really dont even know why im giving ths here, every alreads know everything.... critic acid will help buffer ph levels says it in there somewhere Im sure, Ive read it like 4-5 times... I know its there about 1/3 of a page down!!
just breathe....

I'm aware of citric acid and it's effect on ph.

I find it strange though, that you can ph adjust a compost tea from upwards of 8-9 down to 6.5 using citric acid (or anything really) without killing all the microbes.

so if I remember right (correct me please) You were the one who posted about bubbling your compost tea for more than 72 hours.

is this your process?

adjust water ph to 6.5
add compost, guano, etc, etc
bubble for more than 72 hours
and then add citric acid to bring ph back to 6.5

?

I think it really depends on ingredients, temps, available sugars, etc, but typically microbial activity is at it's peak inbetween 12-24 hours. no longer than 48 hours really.

I would think adding anything after brewing (citric acid) to adjust ph that drastically, would just kill off any beneficial bacteria or microbes rather quickly. no?
then why the fuk would that site with all that knowlege there,,, they dont know what there doing, you posted the same thing about me..... dubby knows all this is fukn nuts mane well you are

don't have a cow man.

all sources that have been studying ph for longer than you have been walking are wrong.. and you tell me im re-writing growing, I already knew this, most everyone grows like you so its probably a good day for horticulture... the gods will bless me

The spelling, and punctuation is so bad in your post, I don't even know what your trying to say.

as I said. Your angry typing, only validates my responses.

Hey rubber dubber... hey how about this, instead of just waiting for tiki or I, to post our theories and explain how they work. Then you come along and try to disprove them. Why dont you come up with a theory on how you grow , tricks you use and how you do them, then post it in a step by step tutorial from start to finish. Then we can disprove them. The thread you make could seriously benefit the riu community. I bet they will even make you a mod.

But why don't you start your own thread? Stop bumping my thread dubb. Thats what my wife told me last nite. This is what happens when you get laid more than once in your life. You do realize every post, i will reply to.

Like I said we can rtu (rollthisup) all night, you down, lets roll it. Maybe I can be the newest member with the most viewed thread? lets go for it!!

yeah B U B B A

I think a side by side needs to be done. We can do them with grow equipment, why not members theories. And don't say because pictures can come from anywhere. We're not all idiots here. I believe us Einstein's will be able to spot a fake. That's how we put this shit to rest.

Same strain, soil, water source, light and the environment must be controlled. Both plants must be treated identical except for ph stability. one gets only soil buffering and the other water buffer.

I volunteer for it. Shit I'm gonna do it anyways. I encourage others to do so. Im sure you can find a separate room for just 2 more plants. Fuck all this nay saying bs

Pouring water pH'd with vinegar HARDLY will change you SOIL substrate when you do it one or two times. This thread is hilarious....lol

If it so funny why don't you be the one to prove it wrong, gain more respect from your peers and shut this thread down for good. ..........

There is nothing to spot here. pH'ing ACT's? LOL

This shit is hilarious. And while I like your tea concoction, are you using a scope to see what really going on with it? What pump do you use tiki?

I have grown just about every way you can.. Organically, psuedo-Organically, with powdered concentrate fertilizer, a mix of organic and CRF's.... Because I know my water source and substrate and how it reacts I NEVER have to pH a god damn thing and never have a problem.

pH is more important in water culture, bottomline.

If you have to pH an organic grow your fucking something up along the way. Bad soil mix, HORRIBLE water source. Something. For all you outdoor growers I want to know how your pH- adusting that storm and rain water your plants just got hit with? Why does my veggie garden thrive without EVER pH-adjusting ANYTHING???

MJ growers are hilarious. Especially the ones that never have grown another plant in their lives....

Very simply outdoors, seeing as how plants aren't confined by a pot/barriers. Lots more soil to "be forgiving" when growing in earth aside from soiless potting mix that's bee amended organically. Its kinda night and day dude. You know indoor/outdoor. ... we are mother nature indoors. Sorry this is hard to except.

Lol bro please. Im not a kid living in my folks basement. I own 3 properties and a business. I have plenty of vegetable plots and am far more knowledgeable and educated in horticulture than YOU may think or you yourself will ever be. Im not shit talking either.

Either way son, I couldn't really give 2 shits and a brick if you like me or side with me or any thing else. Do what works for you.

I didn't ever say a thing about vinegar. I use citric acids and humic and fulvic acids. B vitamins are also acidic is chemical make up. dude you just dont know enough.
