The scary one is Jacob Crutchfeld Disease (mad cow)..That shit is evil and attacks the brain you can easily get it through micro spray of infected human tissue..that's a death sentence..I'd rather have AIDS.
Cruetzfeld Jakob disease is a prion, which can only infect you if you eat contaminated nerve tissue.

I asked for my fries to be well done at BK, and they told me it was a liability issue, so they couldn't.

Tim Horton's is NEVER closed.

....and it was after an impromptu game of shinney in the Swiss Chalet parking lot..... thanks.

A lot.of restaurants will not cook meat to medium rare either, which pisses me off to no end..
Why are you going to ask how I want my steak cooked if.you're going to come back and tell me you'll only serve it after you've cooked the taste and tenderness out of my filet?

You blame the vendor? I have been to more than one steak place that will refuse you should you ask for your steak well done.

Blame instead, the beef industry that is the source of the danger of poorly cooked ground beef.

in Cali, they finally came to their senses and allowed restaurants to serve meat Rare if they ask you twice to make sure you know what you are ordering.

I've only had it happen a few times after asking for medium rare, but come on, places serve raw hamburger , tar tar, and how huge is raw fish, sushi?

I made myself a burger today on my Weber Charcoal grill. Wow what a fucking difference. Add 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce and 2 teaspoons of Lowry's seasoning to 1 pound hamburger. Wait til meat has warmed a bit and put in burger press. Indirect cook over coals until done to your liking. I like mine MEd Rare, I like a little bit of moo with my meat so it only takes 10 minutes for the juiciest burger you ever had. Top with a nice mild cheddar and the regular fixings and heaven is only one bite away.

As a side dish I love mushrooms, I just take a small can of them and open the top almost all the way, drain most but not all the water, drop in a tablespoon of butter and some salt and pepper and close the lid back down. Remove paper label and set above hot coals for 10-15 mins. DELICIOUS!!

My best cooking is done over charcoal, I gave my really nice gas grill to my neighbor.

I stopped eating fast food about 5-6 years ago. I've tried eating it since, not usually my choice, with friends or family that want a quick bite, and withing 15 minutes i ALWAYS get nauseous, Wendys is the only one i can tolerate.

Capitalism has only "worked" for about 100-150 yrs, and only to the advantage of the rich, just look at the wealth shift we've seen in the last 70 yrs. If you truly believe you can work hard and become rich without wasting the prime of your life you've been sucked into the false reality of most Americans.

This is false. My father passed away from CJD a year and a half ago, I was forced to learn as much as i could very quickly, it took him within a month of being diagnosed. It can be transmitted in food and through contact with infected fluids or medical instruments. It can be hereditary. It can't easily be traced to a source either, as we found out, and makes us very nervous as to whether other family members contracted it but it hasn't shown symptoms. Only conclusive test is a brain biopsy, next semi-conclusive is a spinal tap. We would have to pay out of pocket to get tested, it would be considered an "elected procedure", If you are infected it can sit dormant for years before affecting you. Mad cow is also a prion disease and CJD is related to it. The hospital had to file with the CDC, a special govt supervised cremation had to be done, and all medical equipment used on him was destroyed(supposedly). Probably the worst thing I've ever had to experience and my whole life view was changed by it.

true..that is why i mentioned it..when we work on cadavers we must treat each body as if it were CJD and you can get it from ANYTHING on that body.. some people don't wear surgical masks (too hot)
oh hell no!!..i've got hazmat and surgical gear on..what i'm most afraid of is airborne fluids from instruments that cause micro-droplets.

that the food boxes in back of the kitchen storage area were marked "Purina".
