Is super cropping just a method using dimming bending and lst?

I'm kinda confused on what to do with my ladies during veg wetha to top bend etc!! Obviously I'm looking for max yield and as a newbie nothing to difficult but I'm willing to try and listen to any advice cheers guys

Hey have you researched low stress training (LST) or topping, fimming. I've tried all these i prefer personally to wait to supercrop til. 2 weeks before i flower. I take the plant 3 nodes down on the main cola and pinch my fingers firmly together moving the cola back and forth SLOWLY til i hear and feel a slight snap. PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT. May want to use scotch tape if you fail, you have to really fail to kill that cola. If you go SLOWLY haha

Sorry bout the sideways pic 20140324_213435.jpg Example of Topping and Super Cropping. Pinching causes the plant to "Wake up!" Upon healing, she will develop Lovely Lady Lumps! It won't take but a day or two to spring back! Enjoy!

Supercropping, IMHO, helps if you have one top growing alot taller than others. Topping, FIM and LST get you more primary tops.

I have done too many tops and not sure yield followed. Right now I have one plants that I mainlined to four tops and then two other plants that each have 7-8 tops. the one with four tops is producing four big, full buds. The others have more but thinner, gaps etc. i am guessing the mainline yield will exceed the many tops.

When u say u have 4 tops does that mean 4 main branches producing big buds? I'd rather a few big bud sites rather than many smaller sites any advice how to achieve this?

Are all those little hairy sites buds or where the buds grow. I'd rather big buds in fewer sites will these grow a lot larger?

I always wind up breaking stems so I would just prefer to LST. I keep green plastic ribbon to tie stems with me on my morning rounds. And I just tie as I go. Breaking stems is so fucking stressful on me. I can almost hear the plants screaming.

That's wat I thought!!! With lst do u fimm aswel? I read a gd thread on sum1 tying the main stem horizontally and forms a circular stem line!! He cut all the lower growths off so that the main stem became a base and all the upper branches grew up pretty much as new plants in theory?? Creating like a canopy effect!! I'm not restricted on height but really want a gd yield

This sort of method I'm thinking

^^^sounds interesting but no, I don't FIM either. Never got the technique down to my satisfaction so I just tie, tie and tie some more. Eventually the plant just puts all it's energy into bud production and then I have to worry about staking to keep the colas from falling over but by tying so much, staking becomes less of a chore.

This is what I'd like to achieve

That's about how I do it. Didn't know it had a specific name. I like the graphic. Very helpful.
They've cut all the lower branches off tho donu do that? Du end up with a canopy effect then? Also do u recommend taking big leaves away? Thanks for helpin dan a lot of people can't be assed and sum times just a word of advice from sum1 who knows makes a huge difference

I'd worry about the plant falling over aswel seen as it's growing side ways or the main branch snappin under the weight at the point were it grows horizontally?

every body has there own personal way. my way week 3 when buds start to make them self shown. I squeeze the stem until I feel a slight pop. I do this on every single bud site about 2 inches from the top or just under the main bud site. this will tell the plant to send most of the energy into that branch you squeezed super cropped . basically the plant thinks its wounded which it is. and the buds get bigger on the ones you super crop. instead of sending energy making bigger or more fan leafs or sending energy to the bottom of the plant those pop corn buds you should of trimmed off to get massive buds on the tops. super cropping works very well the way I do it . I have done 6 plants and not the other six major difference in yield .
