OHIP doesn't give a shit if a doctor writes approval documents for free....they will care if you bill them every month to hand over a bottle of pot to every patient.
the exciting part is having a doc office that advertises free scripts rather then charging hundreds of dollars like other docs do.

Can I hypothetically go there, get my prescription for free and not pick up there?
Does he just do some sort of sales pitch to convince you to get it shipped there?

not sure as I'm not a doctor but don't think he has to write" gave patient jar of pot" on any form... probably just writes "check up" or "follow up". something so generic that they wouldn't know what the fuck he did

he would have no financial incentive to give you pot. docs can't sell

He doesn't "give me pot". He just gives me the prescription.
As a doctor who "believes in the product" would that not be something he does?
He's saying 100% of his patients chose to get their product shipped to him.. so he must be doing something funky.

I haven't read any restrictions on how many patients a doctor can sign up in a year.
All I can say is I read it and it had merit. It'll surface, I'm sure. There has to be a limit/cap or they could retire in 2 years just on scripts alone at $4-500 a head.

That's what I would like confirmed.
ofcourse you could go there and just get your script without the pot. they wouldn't have any incentive to also push picking up pot there. unless he planned on billing ohip just for getting your pot picked up. i dunno

I think that was more the college of physicians and surgeons saying if they see a certain amount of MMJ scripts they would investigate that doctor, because big pharma wants it that way LOL
