In general if the seed germinates at a temperature does it mean the plant will be able to survive at the same temperature?

I literally just misted the soil like a second before I took the photo that's why it looks so wet

Does this seem like a normal sprout it popped and the little tap root showed itself but half of it has like a green layer on it

lol not on purpose, they got in with the flower and trim by accident and they were found later during cleanup.

She is growing just really slowly I can just see tiny signs of second set of true leaves

The guy I got seeds off kept a few for himself and he sprouted one and he called me up about an hour ago saying he broke of a cotyledon while putting into soil he wants to know if he will be alright, what should I tell him
