If an able bodied person isn't capable of producing a living wage, then that person isn't valuable enough to society to exist.
how many times have you sat there with the pills in one hand, gun in the other, just wishing you had the guts?

i'm gonna guess it has happened as recently as last tuesday.

You lost all credibility once you posted those song lyrics. ( I know every single song from Eminem)
Obnoxious and childish. Petty and intolerant. Those are some mighty fine qualities you possess there GreenDumb.

I do have one question for you, lets see if you can just answer it.

When did you graduate college?
None of your business. But I will give you a couple hints. It was after I was in the military and before 2001.

If the main argument was "the cost of living and minimum wage haven't risen equally" than I would be in agreement here. But for a bunch of whining retards to come in here and cry about not being able to afford a three bedroom house on a burger flippers wages just makes for a laugh fest. These guys always seem to approach problems with this "poor me, I need your help" attitudes and it completely destroys any respect they may be given. Nothing worse than an entitled child who can't take responsibility for themselves.
*then

This is why you will never get anywhere with this thread you created. I never once said that, you assumed that simply because you don't believe that I was once poor myself.

The fact that you refuse to believe that and the fact that someone that is poor could become what I have I suggest you look at Ben Carson. Or is his struggles fake as well simply because he is conservative?

Come down on the bottom, the water is nice for people who don't think everyone owes them something.
Answer this. Do you think everyone has the equal opportunity and equal ability to get ahead in life, as you claim you have? I've asked this three times to you, and you've failed to give me a direct answer each time.

So you decided to break the law so you wouldn't have to work hard, but you call poor people lazy?

Yeah, I definitely question your intelligence there, skippy..

Who's trying to make a career out of a minimum wage job?

You're so bad at life it's hilarious

Yes, I was being lazy. I'm glad you finally agree.

So "living wage" isn't equal to "career"? My mistake.

Those who are crying for a living wage while flipping burgers should just kill themselves.

I have a very nice job making pretty good money. Based on my past I'd say I'm doing really good at this point. And yes, it is kind of funny. :)

You're stupid if you don't think workers should be paid what they're owed

You wanna come work for free?

When you agree to work for minimum wage you are "owed" nothing more than minimum wage.

Why are you such a crybaby? What happened to you in life to make you such a pussy? You should try some jail time. It will toughen you right up. Or simply turn you into more of a bitch.

Like I said, your side is emotionally invested in this idea, so there's nothing that will convince you not everyone making minimum wage is lazy. That's what we call an ideology and it's the same thing religious people do to justify their beliefs. You're treating capitalism (and in this case, crony-capitalism) like it's your religion never to be questioned

"In 2008, over 35% of college graduates were underemployed; by June of last year, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York reported that a whopping 44% of graduates were underemployed. And it’s not just because of the recession: the number’s been rising since 2001.

And more education doesn’t’ exactly help; in fact going to graduate school can make things worse. In 2008 22% of people with PhDs or professional degrees and jobs were underemployed. That number rises all the way to 59% for people with master’s degrees."

Them's the numbers, I'm sorry they don't fit your narrative.. Keep blaming it all on poor people though I guess..

You have yet to answer my question.

"How is it that I am making a living wage?"

How is it that millions of others don't?

How is it that 85 people hold as much wealth as the 3.5 BILLION poorest?

How is it that 1 in 5 children lives in poverty in the US?

How is it that there are more vacant homes than there are homeless in the US?

How is it that anyone could defend these facts, call people lazy and condemn them to a life of barely scraping by when he's an admitted lazy fuck himself?

Deadbeat crack parents.

People are allowed to do what they want with their own property.

I'm no longer lazy. I go to work everyday and earn a nice living wage.
You still haven't answered my question.
