So here is my step by step tutorial on how to properly flush your soils. I won't get into the science behind it, but basically all the salt gets built up and so we simply remove it so that your plants can have a better flavor. Used in combination with defoliating, it is a sure fire way to achieve maximimumyields. Enjoy.

You should transplant a plant upside down in order to promote healthy root airations. If and when done propperly branches and leaves convert to roots in a matter of days and roots turn into one solid bud, though in the shape of a pot. hm maybe thats a really old hippie secret and thats why you call it pot over there.
You should make a video of such a technique.
