Yeah first time. Honestly it's in miracle grow and the light schedule isn't to strict 12/12. I'm inexperienced and I've read up on alot of stuff and switch to 12/12 light schedule when it was 3 months old. I use tomato plant food by sprinkling it on and I water every other day. There's 120wats of light. I definitely think something weird is going on.

II tried to put it outside in the beginning of the summer but everytime I put it outside the stem got weak and would flop over and so would all the leaves.

that's the problem imo, i've never seen one personally, but that looks like a plant that started to flower, which may have happened when it went outside, or it maybe started to reveg when you put it outside, either way, and it started to reveg at some point, giving you that odd growth..

not enough light isn't going to make the growth look all freaky like that imo, it's a reveg plant, that's the only thing i know of that will make plants grow kind of freaky for awhile.. twisted leaves, etc..

I only had put it outside maybe once or twice in like June for a few hours. Since then it's ben in side.

Is there anything I can do or is she a lost cause :(
nah, she looks healthy, other than that odd growth,..
just make sure you keep it under 12 / 12 light if you want to flower her, or 18 6 or so if you want to veg her longer.. make sure the dark period is pretty dark and she's not getting too much stray outside light during lights out...
i'd give it say another month or so and see if she doesn't start to look better..

Should I let her veg longer?

plants need at least 18/6 hrs on and 6 off of light this is the veg state or anything before 12/12 so the plant wont think its in 12/12 (fall) and it starts to flower if you need help we are here!

it depends on how much light you have and how big you'd want it to get before it flowers.. it'll probably double in size from when you put it in flower to when it finishes.. do you have enough room for a plant that large, and enough light to support a plant that size?

welcome to RIU. what size of pot is she in? she does look like she is/has revegged a little. you should try to up-pot her and veg for at least another month if you have the room. good luck on your grow.

I'm not sure how much light I need but I think I enough room for just this one plant.

are you using cfls? that's what they look to me in the few pix i can see them.. that should be close to enough light for one plant using cfls..
just try to keep the bulbs as close to the plant as you can, only a few inches away as light fades very quickly over distances, and cfl lighting isn't the strongest to begin with..

good luck with the rest of the grow.
