That's not light burn I've had light burn before and that isn't it....to me that looks like you've spilt see feed on it and not wiped it away? If it was light burn the tops of your plant would be burnt brown to a crisp

Yes I'm using peat moss and perlite , and that's the thing I haven't gave it any chemicals :/ so I know it's not that

Those 4 have coir peat brick and perlite in containers but they seem really fucked looking that's why I got 2 of my white widow seedlings going because I have a bad feeling there going to die , my father ( up at his place atm ) gave them chemicals and they really didn't like it at all haha

Ph is at 6.2 and I water them a 1 litre bottle between the 4 , is that to much ..?
If they're soil, and the soil is new, you probably can get away with not feeding them for a few weeks or until they are bigger and can handle the nutrients or gobble up what's already in the soil. With my autos, I just mix up some soil with worm castings, guano and let em ride, and only water with tap water.
About the ph, not sure what's best for soil to be honest. I never check my ph in my soil. Got a meter to check about 3 year ago, never used it.

Cheers mate , do you know roughly what's the best size to get white widow before turning it over to 12/12

When it comes to "when to turn over to 12/12".
I look at the size of the plant in it's current state, thank how much more it could it possibly grow before it'll get to close to the lights. Some plants may just spurt up a few inches, I've had one nearly triple in height.
My rule of thumb, when a plant reaches 1/3rd the height of my available growing space, I start my transition to 12/12.
I know it's not a straight forward answer you might have been looking for, but it's what I've learned to do over the years.

Your pH is fine but aim for 6.5 in soil, the problem is RARELY pH. Personally I calibrate my pen at least every other watering but I'm OCD about it.

What variables have you changed the plant doesn't start looking so different for no reason.

12 - 18 inches depending on your height limitations flip stretchy sativas early and use blue spectrum for the first couple weeks after flip to minimize stem elongation, red light causes more stretch.

Tightening the day/night temperature differential also reduces stretch, it also reduces tissue production and growth in general which isn't desirable as the girls pack on weight during this phase..

Aim for atleast a ten degree day/night temperature var.
