You guys are saying that your plants are starting to flower earlier this year? I guess if you were hoping that they'd veg longer and get bigger, then that's a problem. For me, early start and early finish would be a godsend. I would not say any of mine are throwing pistols much at all. Did you guys start from seeds or clones?

Definitely earlier for me, grew everything from seed for the first time. All fem seeds except for the Bangi. I'm stoked to have my shit flowering now. Everything in the GH is blowin up, be glad when the stretch is over. A few picsYou guys are saying that your plants are starting to flower earlier this year? How's your bangi haze? My females are looking so nice. They are my happiest plants by far, I'm about to do an f2, with the lemon custard cheese danish line, and the chicken dinner, garlic line. Have a lemon male and a funky skunk garlic male. Also want to pick up another pack of bangi for next season to.

I'm liking everything about them. I have 2 in my raised beds and 1 in a 45 bag. They are all very similar. I was seed surfing the shops and just happened across this strain from Ace. Supposed to do well in the wet and cold...guess you and I will find that out. I started mine a month after my other plants. They are about half the size, but between the 3 of them I'll have plenty I think.

That is what I'm aiming for too. But my wait is a little longer. I have 9 1/2 years til 65. I'll probably work until then because of health insurance. We will see.

My buddy John drives alot,one thing I avoid,so when he goes all over the globe buying clones,I wait and make cuts from his plants...so I believe this BBK came from a shop called Organican northern california

Thanks man, I put a bit of thought into what I needed for a GH. So I could grow my sativa doms I love. The biggest draw back is the height. I couldn't get it higher than the eves of my house 8.5' so my plants have to be short and squat. top,top and top again.

the one your stoked about looks as if it's going to hit the top of the green house from my experience where ever it hits it will rot or mildew not sure what it's called but it is no good.I lost more that a pound last year because of that and i'm fighting it again this year. I have lived in Cottage grove & the portland area it seems to me those two areas would be more prone to the problem not sure where your at but it's a bummer to throw away your top buds.They look great you defiantly have a green thumb

Hard to get an overall pic of the plants with my camera. If so you could see that as everything gets close to the top it gets pulled through to the sides. This is my 3rd grow in there and I've had some crazy configurations of support and retention to manage this problem.1st year 6 plants...really crowded but shorter plants. 2nd year 4 plants...crowded. This season 3 plants...very crowded. Next year 2 plants and it will be crowded as well. Bid learning curve with this GH, but I'm getting it down. They get bigger and better every year so far.

2014 Northern Wreck..this was one of the most potent plants I have ever grown. Some of my friends couldn't smoke it...would spin em out.

I drilled all kinds of holes in my framing to pull the plants myself last year it seems like more of the same this year.Looks like you have it under control happy growing

Damn, I have got to get a GH, I would LOVE to be able to let outdoor plants go until they are truly finished (even if I have to put lights over them at the end of the run). Last year by mid-October everything in our yard was covered with PM (and some bud rot). We took the last of our successful harvest first week in October. There was a lot left that did not finish - although we did get plenty of good bud and in the end had what we needed - we also lost more than we harvested. The combination of shorter days and trees on our south side cuts the sun exponentially with each passing day starting early to mid-September. By early October some plants only had about 90 minutes of direct light per day. By late October here in the Gorge area, the winds are going to destroy any temporary structures, so hoop houses are like umbrellas in a hurricane. Yeah, I'm going to need a heck of a solid GH.
We made some changes this year -- cut a tree down (the rest are in a neighbors yard), placed the plants in the space that opened up, chose different strains that should finish faster... hopefully we'll harvest more than we compost this year. And as I've probably mentioned, I am preparing to finish a couple I have in pots in the garage, so at least I'll have some backup.
It is interesting to me how healthy plants can ward off PM. We have been growing peas and beans, and they seem to get covered with PM just as they are finishing up and dying out. The conditions were the same as when the plant was young -- if anything this year it has dried out some as time has gone on. But the plants weaken, get susceptible and get taken over. I'll do whatever I can to keep the cannabis strong and healthy, that seems to really help them keep the PM at bay.
