don't know if I ever showed this pic b4...I luv this cactus and it looks good next to this crazy metal sculpture. I ate the fruit on one when it was a little more ripe. lots of seeds but tasty. shit if I ever get stuck in the desert i'll die of thirst b4 I ever die of hunger....lots of stuff to eat.View attachment 3812618 View attachment 3812619

Oooo nice those look really healthy. You have the cuts on dry soil right?
Yeah soils dry. The cuts rooted about a week after callous. They are in a southwest window and are getting only 8 hours of sun light. Except for a few minutes when I flip the light on in the room they are in.. Do you think this are grandpa's ( large pup) or do they look active as what I was lead to believe they were.. Their suppose to be San Pedro's

the seedling does not look like l.williamsii at all. looks like a trich seed.

t. peruvianus is hard to find in stores outside of cali, but t. pachanoi is sold nation wide.

botswap and ebay are good for getting trich cuttings. ime and o, rainbow bridges do best on own roots but BE CAREFUL!!! they rot very easily. i used to water mine with an eyedropper.

l. williamsii seeds are pretty cheap, even free if you make friends on botswap. i'll see if i can find pix of some of mine...

Now I see! (when in doubt - look behind you)

Hey there Kittly, I a, um, a, zipped off to Ebay and find nothing on the l Williamsii that I can find....

So now, just how does one find the seeds/cutting of one? Sure would love to get my little paws on a cpl.....
