4 gavitas covering that? How big is that room? How many plants may I ask and what is the expected yield? I am not trying to blow smoke up your..... but those are some of the prettiest plants I have seen. They do not look real. Usually plants if flower start to look a little grungy.

How do you keep them so nice? Pest free? Are you in soil or coco or???? Nutes? You should do a youtube channel or write a book. Great job.
My 6 light has 32... 7 Gal coco pots. Cutting edge nutes for all rooms. 4 light gavita has 30. All sativa. 9 light has a mixture. It's quite packed with 70. All well ventilated. I spray weekly with Azamax for pests.

Pound to a pound 1/2 per light. Not even running c02. Pulling fresh air from outside on a timer which is running along the bottom sides and middle of canopy.

You got it down. So amazingly green and perfect plants. No bugs, blotchy leaves. Pristine. Do you spray Azamax in flower? Great job and all the best in 2017.

Yes weekly with the azamax. Even if there's no sign of pests. Keep them bitches away bro. Last few weeks of flower I won't spray at all. There defense system will already be saturated with Azamax.

I will try. I always seem to do a crappy job and snap them. Is it pinch and slightly bend?
If you are snapping them then that might be a little late in the cycle. I used to tie over a lot but have found squeezing the stem it quicker, cleaner and just as effective.

When the stems get bigger Instead of one "smash point" do like 4 -6 smaller points along a 6-8" length of stem and get the geometry you want.

Seems kind of severe the 1st time you do it but the plant does not care, you will end up with a big healed knuckle at every bend in 72 hours.

Lol. I'm sure there's plenty of crazy shit being posted to youtube... just pulled a bunch of fan leaves today as well. Day 30.. this strain I've grown before. Definitely loved being cleaned. And as long as their healthy. It never stops them from growing. 20170102_113123(0).jpg

Your plants are gorgeous. Really green and healthy. What kind of lights are you running. Thanks.
Brittle branches and excessive stretching can be a sign of potassium deficiency. Barring genetics and other environmental factors.

And greenhouses use temperature differential to control plant height. Higher night than day temps inhibit stretch according to university horticultural studies.

So for a turpur set up on a drip system would the three Cutting Edge Products be enough?
Do I need Fulvic Acid, Cal Mag or Silica? Thanks.

That's a good start. I buy a bag of Epson salt from walgreens... 6 pound bag for like 7$ for my mag... you you wanna get the pre mixed stuff that's good too.

Thanks. The temps at night when the lights are on are higher. I will add more potassium

Only a little and only once for stretch. I actually don't use any bloom nutes in ocean forest but for more nuetral mediums I would dose bloom once at the beginning of 12/12 then resume a grow type feed for a few more weeks. Then when flowers are maturing follow a bloom regimine.

Oh. And I have not personally tried the temp thing. Just read it. But I have noticed my plants stretch less in summer here when my room temps are above 70 at night for the plants.

So in my experience less temp differential less stretch.

Thanks. I think I read something where one fellow on RIU or somewhere else backs the lights, CO2 and temps down in the final week or so.
