Got busted, long story cut short..........gangster/yobs trying to tax my grow, didn't get in so smashed windows, police came, I'd been trimming SSDD in my bedroom so you could smell it right down the street with no window in.........BUSTED...........BUT..........not dead or in hospital and not going to prison, not even getting charged(1st offence).

So, instead of the bud shots which I should be showing..........here's some of Milo, my bestest mucker and such a handsome ladbongsmilie

That is heart breaking...soo much work gone that a non gardener just doesnt see. Positiveness and thoughtz to you my friend. :(
Cheers it means a lot, I am OK though, I'll admit it's stung a little but I've got my health and I've had closure(from a legal point of view, which is why I'm back on here). I've been to the station tonight for a 'Caution'(slap on the wrist), which means I'm not getting 'charged' and I've not got an 'official' criminal record, but getting visa's for certain countries would definitely be tricky.

Been following your stuff on IG in my hiatus from here, those macros are awe inspiring, keep it up bro!!!:bigjoint:

:wall: so sorry to hear this man. Glad you are safe, and glad you are not getting in any trouble. Positive vibes being sent your way my friend. Glad you can see the upside through it all, though it's quite heartbreaking! fucking ppl....

Cheers Bro!!!
Thanks Brotha, it's been a strange and stressful few weeks, but it is done and dusted now. If I get caught growing again in the next 3 years, I'd definitely be getting charged, but I ain't got the threat of prison hanging over my head. The thing is, I've got 5 600w ballasts in my attic doing nothing and a box full of 'beans', fuck it's gonna be hard to resist temptation LMFAO

They may have took my last grow and DIY COB lights but they ain't broken my spirit, I'm gonna concentrate on growing more fruit and veg for a while. Dropped my 1st batch of seeds last weekend and I've already got cherry tom's, cucumber, marigolds and sweet chillis breaking the soil. :bigjoint:

This is my herb garden(front yard) after I'd pulled all the glass out of it and give it a good tidying up. It had been a little neglected and last years dead growth needed clearing out. Lookin better now though and just waiting for it to get a little warmer before it bursts into life...................I got a lot of different herb!IMG_9381.jpg

My 'New' grow room LMAO, it took 2 days to get all that soil there, around 300m from my house with a wheel barrow, didn't need a 'bedtimer' that weekend. The bigger fabric pots at the back and the raised bed you can see on the far right in one of the snaps is 'coots' mix, which had been sitting in my back yard ready for my 'next run'. Lets see how veggies like it, LOLIMG_9388.jpg IMG_9413.jpg IMG_9421.jpg
Three of the larger fab containers have had some comfrey roots dropped in, I'll be topping all of them off with some compost and mulch when I plant out the rest of my plants............check my antlers out, the cops gave up tryin to cut them down as 1 plant, they had nothing with them that could cut through the stem, pmsl

Aw man, the before n after is heartbreaking all over again
But I see the trusty calendula rose perseveres! :-P LOL

I do think you are going to have very lush veggies this year!
Also love your herb garden space, looks beautifully diverse -- has some potential for optimization too, possibly.... (no swales involved this time haha) ...what direction does it face? :bigjoint:

@Don this sux man.... Bloody thugs!
Glad to hear no real heavy handed approach by the law and the thugs didn't beat you with a stick which is always a bonus......
If you do go do another grow then It will suck for this forum but it might be best not to post pics of plants for the foreseeable future or start a new acc..... I get paranoid and once a few years ago I had a stranger tell me they liked my dope at a party and it turned out that my best mate through my trust under the bus to look kewl in front of some chick that liked to smoke on weekends....

I packed up my operation had a get together not much later and had my place become almost an open day exhibition so there was no doubt that I was no longer growing or growing in general.

Needless to say I was quite some time since then before I started growing again and now I don't have people over rather go to their place or meet up at a caffe/bar but since then I have realized that the old saying of no one can know about your grow if you want security and I now believe 100%

Calendula's missing her lights, as am I, LOL

As for optimization..............I've used a similar approach to my grow room, squeeze em' in tight.............and I'm sure I've got room for a swale in one of those containers, suppose I'd have to tilt it a bit to create a slope for the benefits though, pmsl :bigjoint:

Thought about putting a big sign on the front of my house saying "Free Herb, Here" with a big arrow pointing down to my herb garden. LMFAOIMG_9465.JPG

Work in progress currently halted due to bad weather, one dilapidated raised bed re-built(and hopefully the comfrey removed, time will tell) and two to go.WIP.jpg WIP2.jpg
Gonna get a bulk delivery of topsoil and compost when I've finished building em'............recently found a local place that delivers a ton of 'proper' compost for £60(not crappy container compost which is mainly peat)

These are mainly destined for the containers, except for the 'Mammoth onion' seeds, if they ever germinate. The raised beds will mainly be directly sown.View attachment 3907568
Have you been waiting on the onions for long?
My white ones are taking their time too, though I was almost figuring it was just my whacko experimental seedling mixes

Nice place for the aloe :D
Do they get sun there? I keep worrying mine need more..

Your spider plant looks so juicy! And of course that pup will root!
Mine's getting used as humidifier plant and looks a tad harrowed, though I do give all the plants aloe foliars now.

Cheers for the pix! :bigjoint:

yeah, the onions been in soil 3 week now, only got 1 through , think temps too high , so started some more on windowsill, fussy buggers

aloes don't get much sun there, prob 4 hours direct in the afternoon/evening. i get very slow growth during winter , which is why I have them everywhere

typing on an onscreen keyboard is frustrating as feck!!!...........LOL
