Germed two in paper towel and I put one into 50% perlite and 50% all mix (bio bizz) straight into ten litre pot and the other one is still to pop its head but it's only in a small 3" pot .. gonna re-pot as soon as it's roots kick in.! Just trying to see if potting up is any good for auto's ..
Good luck and happy growing

Sounds like we are doing the same thing (Awesome) but are you doing 12/12 thru the whole grow ? if so i cant wait to see your progress (might make me change my light cycle for these).
My flower cab is full and my little veg cab has my outdoor plants going at 12.5 hours light. I only have one choice for running them. I wasn't worried about yield from them. Just want pollen from them.

Not much to show. they sprouted and have one set of leaves. they are building roots right now. I expect them to take off anytime.

Germed two and put one straight to final pot & 1 into a small 3" pot , well they popped the soil ,but the little pots' seedling wouldn't shed its seed ( looked like a match stick.! ) -seed still shut tight on a little stem.! Anyway i misted it a few times trying to get cotyledons free from seed, fkr was stuck tight ..i tried to crack it a bit and it snapped straight off..! ☠
So germed another,(paper-towel method) checked it abt 20 hrs later and it's tap root was showing.! I've put it in small 3" pot for a few days then stick it in final 10litre pot. Happy growing

Day 11. I hope it's building a good root base because there is not much going on above ground. They grew about an inch and a half or two.

I get that.
I think its about trying to find the right balance between being too wet & too dry.
If they are in a mix that dries out too fast, you are at risk of them simply dying, while you are looking in the other direction. If the mix stays too wet (like my 'seed raising mixture'), then they just sit there, with no oxygen at the root surface, doing nothing and you are tempted to water them again, because you can't think of an alternative course of action.
I have fluked it recently, but its a bit of a balancing act.

Had some issues with the camera and phone for a couple days but got it situated

Ms livers poked her head out on Saturday morning took a little longer than normal so she is on day 5 today and here is a shot of her from yesterday

I used to put my seedlings under my t5's but have started getting better results from using a mars 300 instead at 20-24" above the seedlings
