I'm familiar the the Grow fert from Dyna-gro, the 7-9-5 fert. Hydro the feed amount on the back of the bottle is 1 tsp. per gallon of water. I don't know if 1.0 EC is the right amount. You might try a lower amount, like 0.8, or follow the instructions on the back of the bottle. As I understand it, there are two ways to measure EC, both equaling different ppms. Your plants look small for high fert amount so you might verify your EC is the right one to use. Since there are two different EC values, it can be very easy to think you're at a low EC when you're actually higher. It doesn't look like you feeding is too low as you have green leaves without yellowing, except for those lower edges which are quickly turning brown. This might indicate over fert rather than under. So check that EC value again, make sure it's where you should be. Compare it with what the instructions say.

Thank you very much for the reply. Ec should be universal. I chose it just to try and make things a bit easier. Ppm can be on a 700 or 500 scale I believe. EC should be across the globe the same. My original problem has gotten worse. No fringe burn. Just multiple deficiency.
Unless this strain is crazy hungry, I have never witnessed this in the past. I have raised my EC to 1.2 and cut out the floralicious and flora blend. Just foilage pro and some protekt for ph up. I have followed homebrewer method for quite some time and had absolute fantastic results. Again think you very much for taking the time to respond.

I think the pollack is spot on. You're not seeing a deficiency you're seeing some operator error. I agree that your EC is higher than necessary and I'd recommend lowering it by 20-30%.

Also, how often are you flooding?

Every 4 to 5 hours. So glad you came to help. The new problems started after these pics were posted. Been doing your method. Everyone always saying feed more. I said. "Man. I had 3.5 foot bushes happy at 1.2" made no sense.

I see you're right about the ppm vs. EC issue. I had the two mixed up.
If your EC is good, maybe you're giving it something else that's is too much. People can dump a lot of fert into a plant not realizing it's too much. I don't know what's causing your discoloration, but I know it's easier to add fert later than to remove it once the damage is done.

Ok guys. I appreciate your reply. I lowered the feed and began seeing a kind of bronzing/lightening of the top most fan leaves. I really can't for the life of me figure out what is going on. Any other suggestions?

I do have mag pro. Just have never needed it with any other strain. Does this look like a magnesium deficiency? Thank you for the reply

Don't over-analyze every leaf on your plant as not every one is going to be perfect. Your leaf looks fine.

Would love to do just that. This issue is not a single leaf. But across many of the top leaves amongst 18 plants. I really appreciate you taking the time to reply to this. I have quite a few successful grows under my belt. Have built a new room located in a basement. Trying not to over analyze but this grow is a bit more "important" than the past.

Try raising your lights then.
