looking good man when you planning on flipping over to 12/12?

They look a bit stretched out what strain are they?

What light cycle you on 18/6 or ??

I used to grow in coco with canna nutrients and had some real nice plants and crops from them, still using canna now but aqua range for my rdwc setup. First grow in dwc for me so kinda a newbie again.

No journal as of yet as i never felt the need but may do one next time as this is my first venture into rdwc i want to see how this goes first.

12/12 all depends on how much room you have to play with, some breads can really stretch out during the first few weeks of flower and if not careful can quickly over run the grow space.
I run my 600w mh for first 3 weeks of 12/12 as this helps reduce stretch a little.
You have to think that they could stretch 12 to 18 inch in flower. i usually flip 12/12 when they are about 12 to 18 inch tall.

I tried the ScroG method 2017-04-20 07.28.07.jpg 2017-04-20 07.28.26.jpg this time and probably didn't need to grow 4. will add a picture of my purple haze from this am 2 weeks in 12/12 and they have just started to stretch.

I think you would probably grow tall rather than bushy, you could maybe look a topping which i did with mine, maybe just do one or 2 see how you get on with it.
you don't want to be topping if your gonna switch 12/12 as this causes stress and you don't want to be doing that during flower.

You could also try a Scrog net and make them grow sideways for a while (low stress training - lst.) real easy to do. there are some good video's on youtube these helped me out loads.

Just hope mine doesn't stretch too much now and hopefully they'll produce 3 to 5 oz per plant dried and cured. hopefully being the key word.
what happened when you tried dwc? only thing i find hard about it is water temps are a pain in the f%*king ass.

I have topped so should I put 2 in 12/12 and keep 2 in veg? I don't mind growing tall I just want a good yield lol this is my second grow so Yer I had same problems water temps every thing died over night so I went to coco hand watered lol I'm nervous I don't know what to do lol

Don't be nervous mate your doing Great! seen some right messes over the years and yours are far from a mess they look pretty healthy to me.

Coco growing is fun and the flavour can be real nice just as long as you let them roots dry out every other feed you will be fine.

It really is up to you when you flip them to 12/12, How long ago did you top them and are they now growing again?

i would just flower them all together and gotta remember they will likely double in size, as for yield the golden number seems to be a gram per watt if all goes well so a potential yield of 300g to 400g should be your long term goal.

If i was in your shoes and growing them tall wasn't an issue i would probably leave them a few more days and then flip them but do what feels right for you.

Yer I see what you mean man I just want a good successful grow all I can do is try I will wait another week see how they go hopefully get some clones but will see I topped 8 days ago and the new colas or whatever you call them are booming out :) can't wait to see what colours and stuff show oh and I'm getting some girl scout cookies sent to me so should be fun and I thought you had to keep coco moist ? I might add some perlite next time

I always let mine dry out at least once a week when in coco or at least until a healthy root system is established, then they can take it much more punishment.
with coco you should almost treat it like hydro and water little but often anything up to 3 times a day.

Mine when in full flower would take 2 x 1litre feeds per day.

Im in work now and getting paid for this hahaha. better sign off for a while so maybe speak later mate. you US or UK?

Im from Manchester UK, Im not saying dry them out till they wilt or are stressed by it just let them go longer than usual or like you say until the top turns light in colour that way you know its getting dry with doing damage or causing stress.

Good job i checked my water butt this morning as its almost dry, the girls have drunk about 30litres of nutrient solution in about 3 days.
roots have just exploded as well and to be truthful its all happening very fast. 8am UK time and i should be drawing (cad) or on a cnc machine really ha. here a pic of my roots15 days into flower! Booom!2017-04-21 07.45.32.jpg
