How bad would it have to get before Trump voters realize they were wrong?

dumb racist.
So Buck, I see you've gotten rid of all the conservatives that used to frequent this "Politics" section. You are very skilled at exploiting the leeway you have with the rules here to bait conservatives into crossing the line and getting banned. You're very smart.

And you know, I saw a thread by you here a year or so ago, lamenting that all the conservatives were gone, and that you had no one to argue with, or some shit like that. You are such a hypocrite.

Kinda like my new teacup poodle puppy. She wants to take the toy from my hand and "fights" to get it, yet she brings it back to entice me to play again.

I have terriers. It's what they live for. They work as a coordinated team. Basically looks like fur-covered scissors darting faster than the eye can see.
A bit like the animated Tasmanian Devil, as well, when they really get going.
I'd like to see some vid of that.

Having read through this whole thread, I haven't heard you give a reason for supporting the current administration's belligerent stance towards other countries.

You even suggested that you'd be happy to see the US start wars with them.

Why? What do you think America would gain?

You said you wanted to be heard, and I'm genuinely interested in your thinking on this.

I'm more concerned about Trumps TeeVee ratings comparison best 'since World Trade Center went down'..

It's not necessarily their fault.
Why It's Hard to Admit to Being Wrong
http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=12125926
Some people have a much easier time admitting being wrong than others. I wonder what it is about certain people, is it ego or narcissism? Is it following party lines because you've been inundated with right-wing politics since birth?

I've been brought up liberal. I've been brought up not to hate groups of people I don't know and treat everyone like an individual. No amount of brainwashing could ever make me say "oh yes, all the problems we are facing are the fault of X group of people". Is it just as impossible for the right to see these people as individuals? I don't know the answer to that.

It's almost as if we speak two different languages.

I believe such artificially aggravated socially engineered divides are intentional.

Who gains? Follow the money...

I'll make a conscious effort, though it's typically a very spontaneous scene; a snake/garden rat/etc. appears and BLAM - momentary hell on earth!
