But you live in a society and there are rules.

Do you still think it to be heaven on earth if people can walk up to your child or wife and just rob and rape them on their way shopping or school? Because you are talking a Mad Max type existence and that's only fiction or not real life. And of course with you and your family being black, they're also subject to a lynching any time (because EVERY tree is a lynching tree) any where..that's your idea of heaven?

Do you not understand that 'Make America Great Again' is about turning the clock back to when blacks and women had NO RIGHTS; white man reigned supreme? As a black man, what does your wife and friends think about those views? Do they share same?
No robbery and rape where not tolerated in the early days after the revolution. Women's rights ain't going anywhere if she can keep up with men she will make the same pay. Even the opportunity to whore for a little while and save up to start a legit business.

Gays well you murder them you will be hung just like if you murder anyone for exercising their freedom. Rules are fine prohibition is not making whores and gambling illegal is not right at all!!

LOL,

That idiot made comparisons between post revolutionary war and today's society as if the comparison was valid.

Nope, post revolutionary colonial life is not the same as that of a modern New Yorker.

Without specifically describing the "corruption" I can only conclude that you don't know of any specific instances of corruption.

Are you referring to the way the GOP has used wedge issues to get into political office, and then to ignore those campaign promises once elected? Are you referring to the buying of lawmakers' votes by lobbyists? What corruption, specifically?

All of it. Sounds like you're aware of enough of it to get my point.

I don't have to sit at home at night with my hands clenched around the trigger of a shotgun hoping that my neighbors don't take my shit. But without government, that would certainly be how I spend my nights.
But that's not what happens.

Your neighbors DO take your shit or at least they take other peoples shit with or without the consent of the other people via the mechanisms of how government operates.

That is irrefutable by the way.

Your poor neighbors, they do have to take your shit. I feel sorry for them.
