Are they on track?

Hey guys! So I'm just curious as to how my girls are doing? I started them from seed back on Feb. 23rd. They are Ayuahuasca Purple (just 1 of them) and Tutankhamon (an ak47 strain)...Anyways, I flipped them to 12/12 a little over 5 weeks ago and they didn't really start showing signs of flowering until about 2 weeks into the 12/12 cycle. A little more info, 1000W HPS light, 6 plants total, all in 5 gallon buckets. Temps have been a consistent 72-82 degrees...72 when lights are off, 82 when lights are on. I'm curious as to how much these girls are going to yield? This is my first grow in a really long time 15 years probably.. We topped them 3 different times and trained them a bit as you can see from the pics. I'm hoping for at least 3 oz per plant..but I may be way off..Hope not! :P

Thanks for looking, and look forward to hearing your thoughts! :) IMG_0398.JPG
So this pic is the Ayahuasca Purple...She is a lot more stout than the other girls.

Looking really good for the 5th week!!! Keep an eye on those yellow leaves, they normally start turning that color in the later weeks due to the plant pulling nitrogen from the lower leaves but overall looking great!!!:p:weed:

Thanks! I was having nitrogen deficiency issues before I put them into flower...I tried to get them back on track before flipping them over, but I don't think it was fully taken care of. Hopefully it doesn't mess em up..I pluck leaves off of them everyday..leaves that are yellowing and falling off anyways. Any idea what they might end up yielding?

All looks good IMO .....just give them a lil more N as you already know ........don't blast them with it or anything....just add a bit more.

I personally like a good fade on my plants and am only giving water with a bit of molasses during the last few weeks......looks nice good job

Honestly I haven't been giving them any nitrogen since about 2 weeks after flipping the switch. Should I add that to their nutes? Would I just add a little bit of the Dyna-Foliage Pro I was using when they were vegging? I have been giving them molasses, about 1 tsp/gallon of the blackstrap molasses. How much do you give yours?

I give mine a tbl spoon per gallon every 3rd watering .....which is usually every 10 or 12 days .....I'm in big smart pots ......as far as what nutes to give for nitrogen ......if you have veg nutes already just add those.....just start real light ....no need to knock em over the head with N...they look good ....just add a lil bit in the next watering .

its hard to make a definitive statement, but i think you're probably close.
its been my experience that with a 5 gallon bucket, if you aren't scroging or verting, a qp seems to be about all you're going to get, and thats a healthy plant. a 10 gallon will get you about 25-30% more, and a 20 gallon pot will get you about double what a 5 will

Thanks for the reply Roger!. Next time we want to try and scrog i think.. If using a 10 gallon bucket, do you have to veg for longer than normal to gain that 25-30% more?

a little, as long as you're giving them good feed and light they won't take long.
i go from quart size containers to 2 gallon bags to 5 gallon buckets, let them veg a while in the 5 gallon buckets, then flip to the bigger totes or buckets when i put them in the flower tent

How do you like the bags? I was just looking at them on Amazon and Vivosun has a pack of 5 -10 gallon for $30..

Went in there this morning and the stupid light wasn't on...I have my lights set for 9pm-9am..I went to bed before the lights went on and I'll be damned if when I woke up the lights weren't on. I think maybe I have a faulty timer or something because this is the third time since they've been flowering that it's done this. OMG...Really frustrating. I hope it doesn't hurt them. I'm going to order a new timer today. Does anybody have any recommendations?

Thanks! Humidity level is at 26%...I had a humidifier in there..but I worry about mold and stuff like that..So I only leave the humidifier in the vegging room! :)
Good - my dehumidifier only takes me down to 35% but 30 would probably be better, if you have an air extractor with carbon filter that also help prevent molds :) Keep us Updated.

Timer , maybe a digital programmable one, i saw this on amazon it seems to have decent reviews not very expensive Up to 10 different ON/OFF programs in a 7-day period; every program you set repeats once each week.
https://www.amazon.com/Enover-TS18-Programmable-Digital-3-Prong/dp/B0191ZGELS/ref=zg_bs_495340_2?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=F5KGDCJ263DXHXFS66S8

I think I also saw one with a digital temp and humidity meter incorporated but you already have these readers so kinda pointless and probably costs alot more.

If flowers over slept try gradually get them back on your routine.
EG they are on 12/12 but you made them sleep 14/10 tonight you make them sleep 13/11, next day 12/12 so you gradually build up whatever time you lost, it seems to cause less stress but look it up just in case.

Hope they get back on track ASAP :weed:

I do have a carbon filter in there! It's a Vivosun 6" carbon filter.. It's pretty dry where I live...even in my tent when I have them vegging with a humidifier running on high it only gets up to the high 40%..LOL and that's a 4X4 tent! in the 5X5 tent I had two humidifiers running and I never saw higher than the 30's haha! Although, one of those humidifier sucked pretty bad! lol

I just finished my first grow. Very similar conditions to yours except I didn't do any training at all until I put them into 12/ 12 at week 7.

At that time, I tied them down since they were going to be too tall. I also starved them of nitrogen from week 4 to week 7. It shed a lot of leaves so I ended up putting it into a 10 gallon pot before learning how to give it nutrients. The nutrients in the 10 gallon pot ran out 4 Weeks Later but by then I learned how to feed her.

After flowering for 10 weeks, drying and partial cure, I have six ounces. My other five autoflowers from the same batch flowered at 12/12 in 5 gal of soil gave me a pound.
