I just flipped a house in Charlotte. A little curb appeal and a few fixtures and doors from the Habitat ReStore netted me a nice profit for only a 4 month investment, so keep printing money dude. If you are still treating your primary home as a long term investment that you expect returns on in the long term then you learned dick from 2008, so keep that up sport.

An old article on obama which is valid because he is out of office, trumps situation is ever so evolving. He hasn't implemented his budget, but his failing attempts have shown that massive cuts are coming.
