@greencropper did your sinmimts come in original breeders packaging or repackaged by the tude
@Bean Busy they came in original sealed breeders pack, with tude i always tick the option box of 'no stealth', also i tick the 'send in original sealed breeders pack' option and write in the supplied box 'please send in original breeders pack', so theres no way tude will not see my main requirement, did yours turn up in plain satchel or opened? did you request stealth? cos some of tudes stealth options require beans be removed from packaging, only once has tude sent me a packet with seal opened? i havnt grown them out yet but am fairly confident tude wouldnt do the low act of exchanging seeds, but for sure im deadset on sealed breeders packs!

Same I to select original breeders packaging, but i chose one of the stealth options, but i always ask them to change it to a mug if they got any lying around the place or just to use a mug box. But i always leave in that comment box a message like. Please send the seeds in the original breeders packaging for my souvenir collection purposes. And I've done like 12 orders through the tude,( all have come in original breeders packaging) but i received an email like we cant send them in original packaging and if we do your liable if there lost in transit or confiscated....so I accepted them to be removed, I dont think the tude would swap them out for other seeds but without them being sealed inside original packaging there's always some doubts. And its not like the original packaging is what will get the parcel confiscated its the seeds. So if the parcel is going to be randomly checked its going to be checked regardless of original packaging. But fingers crossed that dont happen lol

hmmmm i notice Australian customs are being very thorough in searching parcels this last few mths too so its really a truth the tude is piping up with about its more difficult allround now to have beans posted internationally...i think i trust tude as much as the best other banks

I can't find any of the US sellers that take cc anymore. I am just now finding out about us based seed sellers to begin with. I ordered from attitude years ago and never could get me seeds, then I found bonza with a guaranteed delivery optiuon of resend until received and I used them a few times but they have changed their policy.

Now that I know I can get some domestically without interference by us customs, how do I find someone who takes cc?

Just do cash.. shit is simple and I'm like 10 for 10 from US banks.

i don't know about all that
i'm not a bitcoin kind of guy
do none of the us seedbanks accept cc?
I guess if they don't I will keep supporting foreign companies until the us sellers get their shit together and bow to customer demand for easy payment options
plus the us banks don't have genetics/ strain names I recognize or have ever even heard of

If you can grow a plant you can take the 10 minutes it takes to figure out bitcoin. All the shit you've heard of from Europe is all the tired shit we grew 15 years ago. US banks have the heat you really want.

It isn't the sellers.
A money order is simple and I've yet to have a package "lost". Cant say the same for foreign seedbanks.

I know it's not the sellers exactly, but they have a workaround just like those across the pond. i understand it's the govt and bank law stuff that fuck it all up

but like I said, there are workarounds

just sell me a shot glass or some stickers or some other bullshit souvenir and then send me all the seeds on my wishlist. extremely simple for someone who wants to sell for a living.

it's not figuring out bitcoin that eludes me. it's the principle.

Some of these post are comical. It wasn't that long ago that the only options were seed catalogs or HT by mail order.

Navigating bitcoin may very well suck and it also may suck not to have the convenience of CC, but for now thats the way a lot of stateside banks operate and they're under no obligation to "bend" to anyone

BTW, you can always order from GP or TDT. There are few others that have "work arounds" with payment instructions once you've placed your order/emailed them but I'm not going to jeopardize the system they have going by listing them here.

So either send in a MO or figure out bitcoin. Or continue to support foreign seedbanks. The stateside seedbanks will continue to thrive either way. Whether or not your gardens will is up to you.
