It's an improvement, but still a long way from what we voted for. I figure the parents of some kid with cancer will sue to open it up. The Florida Supreme Court will have the last word.

Have you guys purchased both in healthcabin and heavengift, I found that the price of merchandizes in these two websites are almost as the same after I searched around, how’s your feeling about these two?

I havent see either place, since I grow my own med illegal, I guess I will just have to risk jail time for a few more years. What has our country done to us, some can go buy meds out of vending machines while other are sent to jail? It should be all for one, I thought we were sort of that way. Oh well, off to smoke some yummy blueberry. Lol

House/senate voted today and they capped the number of dispensarys for the whole state at 25. Guess some people will have to drive a 100 miles or more. the plot thickens.

It is the US of A. I'm all for states deciding for themselves. I just wish ours was a little less red.

I think it needs to be legal federally. States should decide where it can or cannot be consumed publicly, but in the privacy of our own homes, they should leave us the hell alone. We should also be able to grow our own. Why should big corporations control yet another aspect of our lives? It is very frustrating for me....senseless.

There is none. Only 7 growers are allowed at first and will be expanded at the rate of 5 per 100,000 patients. They can have up to 25 stores each. A lot of money going to just a few....as usual, and I'm sure that Rick Scott is heavily invested.

They made it 17 ( had seven but are adding 10 more growers) and capped 25 dispensarys in the whole state ( they were talking about giving each grower 25 stores but they didn't when they voted) with 5 more stores per 100,000 patents. In future. But they are allowing edibles and vaped so we will see what the percentage of those will be, right now it's .08% THC oil and CBD oil

Thanks for clearing that up. It's worse than I thought!

They are going to give low .08% thc and full strength, they just made anouncement. Will be oil, vape and edibles.

So there we go FL, thats what we are getting. cool on the full strength. I will still grow my own meds and risk jail due to doctor/med card fees. Hopfully prices will be good on candy and vape for others who have to go the doctor route.
