AN is the only company since it's inception that has proudly made public that they make their nutes specifically to grow pot and not plants in general like, I don't know, GENERAL Hydroponics and everyone else that makes nutes! The last 5 years or so has seen some newer nutrient companies start saying they have the best nutes for pot but where were they 20 years ago when Big Mike was the lone voice in the wilderness being honest about what he made and designed his products for. Sure he has a lot of unnecessary expensive supplements for the suckers to spend their money on but what company doesn't?
Maximum Yield magazine is in league with Mon$atan, GH, Scotts and all those other deniers to corner the emerging cannabis market and is going to be selling all their toxic shit and Chinese grow equipment in big box stores putting all the small hydro stores out of business like they've done with all the mom and pop shops that have been buried under their corporate steam roller. Just like laws that are being made in legal states and here in Canada to favour large corporations over smaller companies that have been risking fines, jail and worse for years to get decent pot legal for all.

You should try reading links before posting them in support of your argument. You'd find that the above links don't even contain the word "Monsanto." The fourth one you posted put up some bogus security bullshit so I didn't bother.
Not that it matters even if you did find a story quoting an unnamed business analyst or grow shop owner uttering the word Volde^H^H^H^H^HMonsanto. Scott's and Monsanto are different companies and Monsanto is not the one that acquired GH and Botanicare, contrary to the claim you seem to be emotionally attached to.

Name one farmer growing a "natural" crop who Monsanto went after for nothing more than saving their seeds for next years planting. I dare you to because you simply cannot do it. That's because Monsanto doesn't go after random farmers, they go after ones who entered into an agreement with them not to replant seeds derived from Monsanto's and then deliberately violated it. If you don't like it don't buy Monsantos seeds and don't enter a contract with them agreeing not save your seeds for next year.

I'm sorry, the evidence suggests they are different companies as they are both listed on the same exchange with separate owners, separate boards of directors, separate executives, etc... The only evidence you have presented that they are the same company is that they have an agreement whereby Scott's has an exclusive to sell RoundUp products in North America and Monsanto receives some tech from Scott's. There are many pairs of companies that have cross marketing and technology sharing agreements but that doesn't make them "one in the same" or "interchangeable."
