What does being Jewish have to do with anything, Bucky?

Since Kasowitz leverages his religion, what does he think he's going to get from this?

Just curious.
I think it means that religious people of all stripes can be fucked up too. Roid rage is an equal opportunity disability.

Well, if he is a member of a state bar, that might be grounds for a formal complaint. It would seem to violate the code of conduct. I'm not a lawyer and don't play one here, but from what I've heard, lawyers can't act like in there professional capacity. And that is what appears to be happening.

So you're saying Jewish people get angrier than others? Maybe..I don't know..something, something, tribe? has nothing to do with this?

He can get totally disbarred for this..but that's NOT the real story- he hasn't (and won't/can't) applied for Security Clearance.

He can't defend the President without, because of Classified Files.

Who is going to defend Trump?

Anyone? Bueller? Anyone?

Formal complaint yes, but it's highly unusual for someone practicing law to be disbarred unless they have been convicted of a felony. It would be great if it could happen more but if something like this were presented to the bar association against someone around the time they were taking the exam, they would likely be facing an uphill battle to receive a license to practice law.

Seems to me Kasowitz is embarking on harassment; if it continues then he can be censured by the state bar assn. At the very least he is already fodder for the media and internet, he and his firm will be drug through the proverbial shit soup. He should have kept his yap shut to the emailer. I'm loving this constantly ratcheting up clown show as I wonder where all the adults have disappeared to

Lawyers have done much worse without being punished. I can't imagine an association of lawyers behaving as if they were shocked by what Kasowitz said and reacting to protect their good name.

I'm shocked, shocked that poor behavior is found among lawyers.
