Do we need more information on seed packs?

That's all them nor cal dudes that grow monsters outside. Those guys know whats up as well. AF seeds are pricey no doubt. I would never spend that on seeds...but I would buy a flat of Afficionado cuts in a hot minute if I lived up there.
If they have something truly special I'd spend $500 on a pack of seeds.

In 94 my ex and I actually flew to Amsterdam to purchase seeds from Sensi at about $175 to $200 a pack. It probably cost north of $500 a pack with expenses and airfare. It was definitely worth it even though we got searched at customs.

Especially if you grow them out and find a few fire plants. You'll be the only person in your state with that shit. That's how I feel about Sour dubb and triangle mints. I know nobody have it here.

I believe that here in the silver state too.
Especially since the local dispensaries have "purple kush" as their major exotic.
I'm down for white cherry truffle and signed up for releases at their site.
The reviews are killer!

There's a lot of strains missing up here.
Back then, down in Seattle, I could get hold of G13 and the UW strain it was fire but it was not enough. I came back with Durban, Silver Haze, Northern Lights #5, Skunk #1 and some not so pleasant strains.
I lived high on the hog for a while, that's for sure.
Ill make the next one man! Things are getting serious as far as supply and demand out here in the sand and when the licences drop I wanna have the exclusive shit!
I would have applied for a license here if I had the $50,000 in cash and the proper premises with security fencing and 24 hour recorded video surveillance to meet the states requirements.
I figure half of them dispensaries will go out of business while most people still buy from buddies at decent prices.

It sucks you had to fly to Amsterdam to get strains that originated in Washington and Nor Cal. I didnt fly over there..but i ordered them from some very discreet channels back then. I crossed everything to anything back then. We all did. Sk#1...Haze..NL..and all those old school cultivars are in what we smoke to this day in some fashion. Especially skunk. The genetics of true Skunk #1 is in every strain we got...damn near. Tucked away in there somewhere. If one had the space and time...and diligent selection...you could would probably get a true skunk plant out of..for example...an og kush or diesel hybrid. If you worked it and selected it down enough.

YOU dont have to goto the emerald cup to get Aficionando gear @Vato_504

I got my Meangeane directly from the man and also aficionando from him too. But Mr big that knows it all says cups.

There are a few stand up seesbanks that vend some of his gear too.

But I want to see this plant that he said he would post today. Im dying to see his skills.

Cmon man I don't believe shit you spew. Rose special was a cup release only. Show me a seeddbank that sold that one. Who wants to give high ass SHN their money and scamming SourPatch. I'll take my chances at emerald or any other cup. Oh yea Leo sell Aficionado not Mean Gene.

Most seed pack descriptions state the name of the genetics and maybe some information like flower time (56-63 days) and yield (medium) but do not count on much more than that. In my mind a breeder should know the frequency in which the strain marketed to the consumer will show up, the smell ranges and tastes of cured flowers. Some people may not like Insane Seed Posse but they are one of the best when it comes to descriptions. For example:

Do you see how detailed they are? This tells me they know their plants and this gives me confidence in them. I have a sneaking suspicion most breeders aren't running their lines in such a way that they can give this much detail. Maybe I am wrong. Would you guys like to see this kind of info on your seed packs?

P.S. I realize this is almost impossible to do with F2's or S1's. This is strictly for those strains that are represented as a pure strain say Tangie or Sour Diesel etc.

Thanks for reading :)
What bteeder is that detail?

I was saying seedbanks sell Aficanado

Meangene for your info is the one of the persons that give them some of plants that they breed with along with mandelbrot, both of whom I'm growing.

If one lived in Lake...Humboldt...or Mendicino countys..Couldnt you just go to a cannabis nursery like Wonderland or any other and buy flats of stuff like black lime reserve or whatever else AF offers?
