You seem to be under the impression it's all antifa and liberals. There are many conservatives as well, they're just not as dumb as the North valley red neck conservatives. I'm gathering you haven't spent much time there.
I'm sure the protesters there are mostly out of towers like everywhere else. I like abes pizza.

People mock eachother here, I've been mocked when I've said stupid shit. Try not to take it so personally, let your ideas stand separate from yourself.

"It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it." -Aristotle

I don't fully agree with mockery as a debate tactic, but when people come off as a troll or a know-it-all it elicits negative responses. Humility goes a long way in any setting IMO. See: demeanor of Obama vs Trump.

Back to fascists. People waving Nazi flags and idolizing the Nazis, Hitler, and the KKK are fascists to me. The opposition being violent doesn't make the opposition fascist; fascism isn't solely defined by the use of violence, although it is inherently violent. Violence both works for the opposition, because of the nature of the ideology which they are using violence against, but also against it, because of the nature of the use of violence. It is quite philosophical IMO, similar to the question "if you could go back in time and kill baby Adolf Hitler, would you?"

Free Speech. Some speech is limited because it results in murder. Provoking murder is immoral and has been justifiably made criminal. Fascism provokes the murder, subjugation, and/or exhile of people based on racial/national identity. I would argue the idea that fascist groups should be labeled as terrorist groups and spreading fascist ideology should be criminalized is justifiable, desirable, and in line with the liberties and civil rights established by the United States Constitution.
I would not kill baby Hitler if I had the chance. Why not? Two reasons; first, the rest of the world won so it worked out and second, someone else might have been worse.

I would normally not care that much about people calling me names, you can't really hurt me with it, but using nazi as an insult for people who are far from nazis is just so fucking low I can't let that slide.
It's so offensive to people who actually got fucked over by real nazis that it's just not acceptable to me, especially when it's done by people who claim to want to fight real nazis. Kind of defeats the purpose if you start calling everyone a nazi.

So where are those real fascists? I've seen a couple here and there but there don't seem to be that many. As I said before I don't care about those real fascists, go ahead and fight them, but I would be careful if I were you because they generally seem to be a bit tougher than the average antifa ppl ;-). Maybe just let the police deal with them, it's not like they're not aware of and not keeping a close eye on those people. Btw also make sure you don't punch an undercover officer that's pretending to be part of one of those groups lol.
The problem is that people who I don't really think are fascist are also being labeled fascist, which I have been addressing this whole time, but every one of you here keeps ignoring that point.
So who are the fascists? And I obviously expect some evidence. Just some random protesters? Sure, some are clearly fascists but a lot of them don't seem to be.
Who else? Drumpf? Everyone that voted for him? Milo? Ben? Name some you think are fascists and show me the evidence.

Anyone who stands behind a fascist movement, aligns with it, defends it or advocates for it is expressing fascism. If you are taking the side of fascists, does that make you a fascist?

All of those protestors in Charlottesville and elsewhere proudly standing behind Nazi flags are self-proclaimed fascists.

Breitbart news is ever vigilent to defend fascism and mischaracterize the opposition in an effort to discredit it. They stand behind fascism. Hannity, Limbaugh, Milo, Larson, etc. are all quick to justify the people waving Nazi flags and demonize/equate the opposition.

There are people like you and Trump that say they condemn fascism but also are skeptical towards all evidence that these people are actually fascists. To me, that is either naive or an attempt at deescalation.

You are correct that they are a minority, but I also think they are a larger minority than the right or left wants to admit.

It is true that many of these people don't even know what fascism is, what they are supporting and signing up for, but neither did the majority of Germans as Hitler rose to power. I think it is true that if you stand by and enable evil deeds you share some part of the blame/shame. Not equal to being a full blown Klan leader, but not guilt free.

Clearly all nazis fascist skinheads, didn't you see them waving around their nazi flags? No? Hmmm.
the element they claim they are "defending" against is missing, yet the violence remains.

the organizer of this last event was a right wing transgender woman. they called her a Nazi.

how many women voted for trump again? according to antifa, women are equal to men and all those women should be punched.

clown shoes.

The fascists didn't show up in Berkeley. About 7000 people, of whom 6900 were peaceful showed up. How many people were killed or hospitalized in Berkely that day?

Charlottesville had about 35 people hospitalized and one killed. By Nazis and KKK who showed up that day. Every one of the people hospitalized that Saturday were counter demonstrators injured by Nazis and KKK. The one killed was also a counter demonstrator and the perpetrator was a Nazi.

You are focusing on the wrong parties for your anti-violence statement. The police handled the situation well and Antifa were arrested when they committed crimes.
