Guys, the earth is actually flat.

The term "dielectric" was coined by William Whewell (from "dia-electric") in response to a request from Michael Faraday.[5][6] A perfect dielectric is a material with zero electrical conductivity (cf.perfect conductor),[7] thus exhibiting only a displacement current; therefore it stores and returns electrical energy as if it were an ideal capacitor.
Absolutely true. There are dielectric materials, the perfect one would be a perfect electrical insulator. Also dimagentic materials, which are materials that have no magnetic moment by themselves but develop one when subjected to an external magnetic field..

reddan referred to dielectric forces and dimagnetic fields. I can only surmise what that means. Also I have no idea how that is a key component to generating enough light energy to illuminate his flat earth. Which is why I kept asking until his untimely departure from this forum, may he rest in peace. Maybe he went back to the future where this theory is well developed.

As he said, he can't prove it.

On this I can agree.

If making yourself look like a jackass is "successful trolling", then congrats indeed!
Find his false statement in the following:

"I'm ignorant" "I don't know anything" "I deny what has been proven to be true for hundreds of years and enabled the growth of industrialized society" "I mixed up cooling of gasses when they expand with basic laws of Newtonian physics" "I'm a successful Troll"

Earth Flat?
Then why can't I see Chicago or Milwaukee with a telescope from Grand Haven, Holland, South Haven, etc, etc?

Ends that shit right here and now.
