the fuck is wrong with CNN?
MSNBC holds a Democratic establishment party bias, FOX holds a Republican establishment party bias, CNN holds a neutrality bias. On the issue of Climate change, MSNBC will likely largely tell you the truth; that it's happening and it's man made. Fox will undoubtedly tell you the opposite, sometimes that it isn't happening at all, but if it is, it's not man made, but if it is, there's nothing we can do about it anyway. CNN decides to try to play the middle ground on a subject with overwhelming scientific support pointing to one side. They try to pretend as if they're just reporting the facts, and hey, you decide! In order to not seem biased one way or the other, even in regards to something like climate change, they are forced to produce abominations like this and call them "debates";

Not to mention the funding, not even just with CNN, this applies to all mainstream media outlets. They're funded by advertisers. If their advertisers don't like what they're reporting on, they will choose not to fund them. Afterall, let's be clear, advertisers fund mainstream media organizations so their ads are seen by a lot of people, so they make more money selling their product. This causes a fundamental conflict of interest and introduces an insurmountable level of distrust from the consumer to the ad, the product, and the company that sells it. If the board of Exxon doesn't like it when negative news reports about oil spills or energy crisis' take place, they could threaten to cut advertisement funding, that changes the narrative from investigative journalism to pundit commentary.

The only "combative" journalists these days are members of independent organizations

but you have so many facts on your side, it should be so easy to win the debate. just like your shoestring JUSTICE! DEMOCRAT campaigns should be able to win voters funded by gumption and $0 donations by whiny shitheads like you.

your JUSTICE! DEMOCRATS and the young turks are funded by a republican millionaire's hedge fund you fucking idiot.

they are literally paying to play chumps like you to tear down the democratic party to make way for trump and his ilk, and you are playing the pawn way too well.

there is a saying about "if you cannot dazzle with brilliance, baffle with bullshit". this explains your whiny and long-winded replies, dipshit.

or those UNLIMITED CORPORATE FUNDS you are suddenly defending?

How did I miss that?

I went pretty deep into their funding sources.

Henk was involved in another PAC, Wolf PAC that was a "no Corporate money" cause too.

Guess what happened there?

With how triggered Clinton makes him, the person who abused him obviously had pictures of her on the walls in his rape dungeon.

Russia Times is no more and no less a 'foreign agent' than the BBC for fucks sake- yet I have heard zero pushback or discussion about this decision on major media outlets. This is blatant censorship, pure and simple. Right wing pundits are even calling for the censure of any journalists who would keep working for them, McCarthyist as that is.

And I'm sitting here listening to NPR, dumbfounded that I'm hearing about Bill Clinton's sexual indiscretions of 20 years ago INSTEAD OF those of Senate candidate Roy Moore or the current sitting President Chump?!?

If fascism includes media disinformation campaigns and rampant 'whatabout'ism under the guise of straight news, I'd say we've arrived.
