"WASHINGTON (AP) — Attorney General Jeff Sessions is rescinding the Obama-era policy that had paved the way for legalized marijuana to flourish in states across the country, two people with knowledge of the decision told The Associated Press. Sessions will instead let federal prosecutors where pot is legal decide how aggressively to enforce federal marijuana law, the people said............................"

Kind of selfish..and I dont wanna see anyone in trouble but Iam with ya on that. It will never be like the early 90's again but wow Ive steadily dropped my prices to stay competitive last 10 or so years. Again..its selfish..but fuk it. Us small guys have been here. We created this industry. It was all ours at one time..we just grew some balls and rolled the dice. They made the law..we didnt. We just took advantage of prohibition. Much like a moonshiner back in the day.

I cant stand that kkk loving lil prick! So he would rather have funds from mj going to cartels? Lets use gop logic for guns on this... if we did it would be as legal as cotton or corn for Christs sake! If you make something illegal it doesnt matter, "bad guys" gunna break the law anyway is their line on guns. How about applying that logic to abortion and weed? What happened to Republicunt logic that state and local control always best?

I guess its not if it can help your donors make money in their for profit prisons, and aid them in demonising minorities, as you know they (the republicunts) think cannabis is an african american and hispanic "thing"

This could be a real shit show could turn out very good in long game or detrimental at least in short term...

Any trump lovers want to defend this?

Maybe the mexican cartels will go back to growing big farms of pot instead of the opium poppies they are growing now.

From a tactical point of view, this is just plain stupid as driving the wrong way on the freeway.

America's most populous state, California, went fully rec legal literally days ago pursuant to the will of the citizens at the ballot box- and the majority of the entire nation wants legalisation.

This is going to blow up in their face as badly as any other move they've made since they were elected.

The only thing they could do that's worse is to threaten a nuclear armed country with war via Twitter...

...oh, nevermind.
