Anyone have any pics of grows ran with megacrop??
My "Table #2 Kosher Kush" in my thread link is grown 100% with Mega Crop only. No supplementals or bloom boosters etc. just tap water Mega Crop and H2o2. Its good stuff, works great, easy to use and is very inexpensive. They are doing free samples right now. 230g bag shipped for $2.77. One 230g bag got me through my entire grow on 1 flood table mixed at the websites feed chart recommendation. They have bigger size bags too.

Its a necessary tool. Besides, we gotta get you practiced up for when you make the move to hydroponics :bigjoint:
Lol Red, that is exactly the reason I got it. To start learning the basics. I wanna grow the best bud in my area, period. Not bragging but I'm residing in a very small town. Everyone tells me that my bud is the best they have ever toked, heard that from many of people.

After I got calibration done tonight, I tested my tap water that come out filtered through a Boogie Blue garden hose filter. It tested at 7.9 pH. I then added Sensi Grow A&B and immediately retested. Did not given the nutrients time to settle as I always just mix and feed immediately after mixing.

To my amazement the pH came out to an even 6.1. I believe this will be perfect for promix as you want the pH a tad bit higher than you do in hydro.

This will be my girls first feeding tonight with actual base nutrients. All they have been getting is seaweed juice and recharge. And foiliar feedings with Cal-Mag and seaweed juice.

I am hoping they will love it. I am gonna administer my first feeding at half strength dosage, because they truly have been looking hungry lately.

If they are looking decent tonight, I might just throw up some photos...

Sorry for the lack of updates as I have been tied up in Green Points Sales over the weekend.

If I get photos tonight, then we can see just how well they respond to the nutrients in a couple of days.

Be back soon with updates!

Well the girls finally got a good feeding of advanced nutrients Sensi a&b base, b52 and voodoo juice yesterday morning about the same time as now. Also would like to note that I did finally give them a foiliar spray of aspirin to kick out of that mite infestation a little more strongly. I had been meaning to do that since they day of the spider mite discovery but oh well, they seem to be growing out of it fine.

I did get a photo yesterday and they are still improving. A few do still look a little ruff and hungry and hopefully this feeding will help. This is the first time they have actually had a "full complete meal".

I mixed the nutes about 75% strength because they have been hungry for so long.

Now one thing I don't like is how stretchy they are. I wish I could find the culprit that is causing the stretch being under a 24 hour veg I usually don't get a stretch like that. Had been thinking about cutting them back and keeping the top quarter of the plants and cloning them and then hoping from there they will bush out for me. I think a lot of it is due to the stress they encountered once transplanted the first week, the same stress factor they are recovering from currently.

I know there will not be a huge noticeable difference but I am going to check the status of them again since there feeding yesterday and report back shortly. This is how they were looking yesterday... Much better. Just gotta cut that lanky stretch back.

Now I did receive these cuts from a friend and I am not sure if they were in early flower transition when he snipped them. So it is every possible that could be the reason for the stretch, the minor transition period they may be experiencing back to veg from flower.

I ordered two scrog nets and would love to attempt my first scrog on this grow, however I am trying to decide and figure out a method of how I would water them if I chose that route... Does anyone have an idea???

I personally believe it would be complicating. Only thoughts I have had go through my mind for that was using a pvc pipe or similar to feed the water to the unreachable ones. I should have made a door or entrance to the back of the room. I had one made in the studded wall but went ahead and threw walls on it after deciding that I was making one large room instead of two split rooms.

Well just checked on the gals this morning. All I can say is they loved the AN regime topped off with the aspirin foiliar spray. See for your self... Huge difference with the eye, not sure about with the photos though...

I will likely be cutting them back a few inches today, the tops that need cut will likely go in the clone box... Can't be throwing these away lol.

Also trying to figure out if I would have enough time to start a run with a pack of GPS to throw into the mix before I flip... I highly doubt it as I will flip in a week, week and a half to the most two, but damn I would love to imagine so...

They are much greener then they appear beneath those t5s. Those t5s are 550 watts a piece. Pretty strong for t5s.

I will pull one out later and show ya they are much greener than you see. Also most of the yellowing is on old growth that will not change. The new growth they are putting out is vibrant and healthy. That's the key factor to look for. Old growth is old news.

The medium is as warm as a bowl of settled oat meal almost. Definitely not cold shock at all. I have no problem with temps and the medium is warm from bottom to top without using the heat mat. I have not used it. Haven't needed too.

I definitely would net them up, once I figure a way to water them. I'm done kneeling all the time and pulling plants in and out to water. Defintely ain't crawling beneath no scrog net. I do enough crawling in my guerilla grows lol.

Thumper my issue that started all of this was a mixture of spider mites and transplant shock.

I don't know if you have ever deal th with the mites before but they really do a damper on the plants. Takes them a minute to pull out of the wreck.

There is and was never a problem with my rootzone, I know it appears that way in the photos but there isn't. Another thing is they have been severely under fed up until now. With a solution of sea weed juice being all they were receiving and that was at half dose with no pH buffer included in the mix so that tells you they were getting minimum nutrition with high pH water. And high meaning right at 8.

Just give it a few days and you will see an amazing turn around. I ain't no expert but I am far far from a newbie. Thank you anyway brother for your post.

Also, once they are ready for another watering i'm gonna go ahead and transplant them at that time into their final 5 gallon grow bags. That is what I decided to run is 5 gal.

I'm gonna give them a few days to continue greening up which they should green up significantly after that feeding. Then when things are dry, transplant time...

I will then remove the t5s and put them under my 4 1000 watt lights dialed down running on about 50% output for the first few days gradually increasing output to 110%.

Have to get the rest of my promix first which I am going to check on today.

The benefit of the little "extra" light they may produce will be secondary to the expense of all your bulbs prematurely dying/fading in lumens. When using the boost on your digi ballasts it basically just destroys the bulbs that arent meant to run those wattages. Only my .02 though friend.

Hmmm interesting Red...

I believe I had read that before somewhere. So you saying I should run them at straight 100%??? Not 50 or 75 or even 110 (super lumens)??

Well just checked on the girls again since last photo update yesterday and although I did not take no photos this go around, I have to say I am extremely impressed. Obviously they were severely under fed and loving their AN feedings... Reminds me of when I used to run dbol/tren stacks back in the body building days lol. It is insane how much more greener they have got since that pic and increase in side shoot growth as well.

@thumper60 .... I proceeded to top the entire fleet of show girls, except for 2 that is still having trouble coming out of the sick phase... They are gaining momentum slowly but surely, I know in a few days they will be right there with rest of em...

We will just have to see how this goes and exactly how ready they were for the snip. I didn't take any cuttings yet though as I topped them pretty closely to the tips.

I plan on taking cuttings in first week of 12/12 and ill just stick with that. The way I have always done it.

Stay tuned folks... I have a feeling these is some explosive gains to be made!!!

Everything is coming along great! If it were me I wouldn’t dial back the HID either as I believe it does decrease bulb life but that’s just me, you’d be fine with 1 or two HIDs on full power until flower imo, I have a 4x4 veg tent running at 196 watts as I stole most of the light for my expanded flower room and the ladies seem to grow almost as fast in veg in low lighting, I have two big mothers and 20 clones and it’s down my fine
