Flavors n Taste....

Only if I’m hella wrong. Lol.

Plants don’t use nutrients the way this silly crap is suggesting.

They use them in conjunction with all the rest of the nutrients in complex processes.

But again. We are asking for legitimate proof. Which can not be provided as it just doesn’t work that way.

Hella Truth. ;-)
have it your way man. there are tons of different ways and environments that will make great buds.

My spare time learning for free on YouTube from professor s freeIMG_20180107_165740814.jpgi haven't been in the garden in a long time but I know we practice this kind of method but you could be right it's not the first time I say something that sound good but isn't lolz Cal mag is still important I'm just hear self EJ mucating myself but some info has come from other sources :) ow shit I just seen new post lolz.

my bad terpinator is potassium sulphate.
plants use up potassium on the daily
sulphur helps induce ripening.
peach farmers use epsom salts on their trees otherwise the peaches stay hard instead of soft and sweet.

Different plants need different ratios of nutrients. That’s why there are specific fertilizer ratios. You can’t generalize like your statement about peach farmers. If the soil they grow in has plenty of mag and sulfer naturally they would not add more.

I wonder what other plant is grown with such variation in methods with such success.
People find what works for them. We all obvious prefer what works for ourselves but really, as long as you aren't growing poison, to each their own.
In my opinion that is one of the many beautiful things about this amazing plant.
Cheers :)

I can tell you with my specific plants they will definitely get frostier tastier and smellier when using epsom salt. from the middle of flower til the end compared to not.

All of them I bet. You should listen to the local apple farmers with their special varieties and methods.

But marijuana is an accumulator plant and will take up whatever you force feed it.

I use a natural potting mix and a base hydro organic Grow nute only and err on underfeeding if possible. And I focus on proper light and stable environment.

There are not only differences in the way we all grow but massive differences in results.

That just means there’s isnt enough sulfer or magnesium in your medium or you have an abundance of pk in flower blocking those elements so you are forcing soluble Epsom salt to uptake.

Cal mag products can work this way. Growers report greener plants but that is just because of the chelated iron for the most part.

Less is more. The bigger my plants get in the same pots as I practice this the less nutes I use. Proving I am still overfeeding the medium to a degree.

Sounds like you got growing figured out and there will never be an improvement that needs to be made in your feeding good job man.

Actually the statement I just made shows my attention to the plants needs and not my own imagination.

Only people that don’t understand how plants work respond the way you do.

Believe what you want. Grow how you want. I only stated facts.

I post plants and bud pics all over this site constantly. Do you have some pics to show your results?

I don't get how you're calling mj an accumulator plant

which would be why adding sulphur sources towards the end makes it taste better and have more resin.

You think sulfer tastes good? Ever smell it in water?

Tell us why it helps with flavor or ripening? Better yet. Link a reputable source.

And they planted cannabis all around the Chernobyl site to suck up the radiated elements in the soil. As it is an accumulator plant.

I've use espom salt many times but only to add mag to my DWC buckets. I noticed no change in flavor or resin production. The variables that alter smel, flavor and production are many. Just adding mag, aka espom salt, will not enhance things beyond what a fine tune grow will already give.

so if you don't add epsom salts your plants taste the same?

Yes. I only used the espom salt to supplement mag, once plants looked healthy again I stopped using espom salt. I'm not using espom salt now and plants are just as flavorful as ever.

All that plants need is a well balanced fertilizer or properly amended soil. Adding more of something does not mean the plant will use that amount above what a normal fertilizer would supply.

This explains why soil grown buds are notorious for always tasting like dirt! You got a lot to learn if you think roots take in fertilizer that way.

Lol. I was being sarcastic. And it’s overfertilized bud you are describing. Nothing to do with proper soil grown bud. Or whatever method chosen.

So no pics for us to show your better results? You skipped answering that post above to pretend you got me.
