Is ghost train haze still descent?

Ah, no.
I quickly dumped Sannie for Dynasty genetics, which Sannie once sold. So I bought from him.
Sugar punch was not worth the hype, hype perpetuated on this site years ago.
Bodhi blows them both away.
Would love to try GTH from Rare D.
That is apparently the GTH I am running. The seeds came from buds from Aurora LP. They won`t tell me what genetics they are using though , so I am not 100% it is the RD GTH.
Cheers :)

Thank you. This is just my first run with GTH . I have done multiple haze strains over the years. I am aware what I am in for on the height. I will manage. I am much more worried about just how hermi prone these particular seeds will be.
Cheers :)
You didn't over veg... IF you are prepared to train them correctly.

This is a pure land race "Zamaldelica" a almost pure Thai pheno and the purple one you see is Sannie Killing fields. This particular tent was full of almost 80% to 100% pure sativa and vegged for over a month.

That Zamaldelica when finished had buds the size of 20 oz bottles in diameter and was solid bid from the top of every branch to the bottom. That is a 2 gallon container and I yielded right at 5 ounces from her... She flowered for 18 weeks could have went 3 weeks longer.

Super potent trip weed :D

And like I said before you listen to anyone else, do not knock Sannies gear until you try it.

That Zamaldelica in the the last 3 photos grew like a damn Kudzu vine... Literally insane fast hardy sativa growth with top notch buds... It was from Ace seeds. Also had Golden Tiger in the tent and a Malawi as well.

Sannies silver fields was more potent than all of those. So was the sugar punch. Maybe a little less electrifying but still intense.

People told me repeatedly over and over not to even veg aces sativas... I didn't listen and did things my own way and ended up with monster yields just remember... Train train train.

I can't wait till I can post pics of the gth... I am gonna give it some veg time as well.

Yeah Dynasty gear is awesome as well. Very stable too...

I swear man you did not get a good pheno of sugar punch... I put a hundred dollars on it. That or it had to have been grown incorrectly or harvest timmed incorrectly or something.

The only thing I didn't care for too much from Sannie was his Jack. But then again I only ran 2 fem seeds of it so I really can't say for sure.

Those are beautiful sir.
My post replying about over vegging was me being polite lol
I also didn`t mean to knock sannies gear. I have never tried but have heard good things. I just don`t know how to only quote a certain part of a post .
I would of trained and vegged the GTH more but I only have a few t5s in a tiny tent for veg and had the room open for them. Honestly just want to see if it is anything like the amazing pinesol smoke it came from or a complete hermi nightmare given the seed source.
Cheers :)

It was several years ago, looked awesome, smelled awesome, tasted great, but lacked potency.
I found this to be true on 2 other of his strains including herijuana.
Then I found caramel candy kush by Dynasty, and fell in love.
Anyways, am going to order the GTH by RD. I've been eyeballing that breeder for several years anyways.
And the reviews plus awesome pics clinched the deal.
But man, I hate pheno hunting from seed after flipping. Why can't breeders just breed all keeper pheno beans.
That would save us soooo much time and work.:D

I never thought you were knocking his gear bro. That was in reply to @Sunbiz1...

I think your setup and everything you are doing looks perfect. Don't be afraid to tie her down or do whatever you gotta do to keep her low.

So did you say you have already flipped her into 12/12? If so how long has she been induced?

I had a few seeds out of the bud from my outdooor back in 2016 with sugar punch, very few... Maybe 5 on the whole plant or maybe it was 6...

I popped them and found nothing even close to the sugar punch at all. Not in smell or potency. One plant did exhibit the same structure and leaves matched up closely but it may be hard to get anything even close to the bud you got the seed from.

But it can happen however, and I hope it does for you!

I got the feminized gth from attitude I will run on my next run after I finish my current skva chem 91, Corey stardawg, 413 chem, gg4, headbanger, blueberry cheesecake, pineapple chunk, Jelly pie and night rider (i95 x stawdawg)...

Yeah I did not like his Herijuana either. It was rather weak and lacked a few thing I was looking for.

As far as Sannies gear goes I have only found his SSH crosses, anything crossed with "the one" and a few of his jack crosses (are decent) to be the best.

His SSH crosses are literally top notch and doesn't really require much pheno hunting. I can see where you are coming from though. I grew out killing fields maybe 5 years ago, 2 fem seeds. Both appeared to be keepers. After harvested and dried one of the was just mid grade and I was disappointed. The other one was extremely potent and almost resembled it identically.

How many phenos of the GTH is there to be found in the feminized line? Does anyone know??

Get this back to GTH.

I run GTH in every cycle after finding a keeper. I began with 2 packs and ran them all. There is very little variation in the females until the last few weeks of flower.
It is still definitely one of the more potent strains out there.

The cut I continue to run is NOT fluffy, NOT foxtaily, and absolutely reeks of lemon and pine.View attachment 4073009

Nice work!
Leaf tips slightly burned, this is how I want mine looking.
I get there, but not always.

Those pics are at 6 days after transplanting and putting into 12. I found roughly 40 seeds in about 2 ounces of GTH from Aurora a licensed producer here in Canada. I also found one seed in about 30 grams of their LA Confidential. It turned out to be a beautiful skunky funky female and also was transplanted and put under the 1000w 6 days ago.
PS my setup leaves alot to be desired to say the least lol. But it does what I need it to, which is provide me with great medicine. I am hoping to setup a 20x24ft space I have and leave the single 1000w life behind
Cheers :)

have any flower pics?
Here's the best representation of the bud structure. It's been a minute so I had to dig this out. The bud were rock hard.
As far as the other two: Dank Sinatra and Purple Wookie. I have quite a few things in the vault that i'll eventually get to. I'm just a small personal grow but next run is Goji OG, Chem Soda Kush (Jaws) and C99 (Female Seeds).

Nice bud!!
I am just finishing up c99 (peakseedsbc) If the female seeds version is the same you will love her.
Cheers :)

Not to derail this thread even more (train pun intended) but I am dying to grow out the Killing Fields from Sannie. Have wanted that one for years. Is that purple pheno from feminized or regs? And how was the flowering time and potency ?

Out of my 6 GTH#1 seeds, 4 cracked and never went any further, no taproot came out. The other 2 didn't even crack. I'm disappointed to say the least.
Maybe the seeds were old or whatever, I have no way of knowing, but I can't see myself buying any RD seeds any time soon, which is a real shame, I was really looking forward to the GTH:wall:

So you grew out the fem GTH#1. It seems like Rare Dankness has quality control issues with their feminized lines. Probably because their fem seed work is farmed out overseas to Spain, while their regular line up is done in house, in Colorado.

Yes they were femmed AND bought from a spanish growshop... goddamn it's not hard to make femmed seeds and if there are issues with your product any decent company should not sell it. Made overseas or not.

Sorry to hear that I was spot on, I wish I would've been wrong. You're right that they should take care of any existing issues and produce better feminized seeds. Although, I do find that any strain that has both reg/fem versions, the regs are almost always the vastly superior product. I know a couple of the growers in this thread mentioned their seeds were fem and did well but I reckon that the rest of the love letter posts written about GTH#1 on the other six pages are the results of reg seeds.

[QUOTE="thenotsoesoteric, post: 13971456, member: 648861"Has anyone recently bought GTH by rare dankness, particularly the regular beans? [/QUOTE]

Only had the fem and they were pretty good.
