Opinions on Method 1?

I was gifted a bottle of Method 1 pps (non-toxic pest control if you're not familiar) and I was wondering if anyone has any experience with it and what your opinion of it is. Looks like it's basically just rosemary oil and peppermint oil. Since it was free I'm contemplating using it as a preventative, but I feel like I need some feedback from unbiased growers before I decide.

I don't see why you couldn't use it as a preventative. I use neem oil during veg as a preventative and haven't had mites for years after waging a years long war against those demons.
