whats up guys so the story is that a sherrif came to my doorstep, and asked about a grow op and i wasnt home. my roommates kept it real cool. they left, we told them they couldnt come in. we cleaned up, disposed of three plants, got all paraphenalia out of the house except for a bong and we suspect that they may come back with warrants, what can they do, if they can do anything? i know somebody has got to know, whats the worse that can happen from this point? any help would be great, any advice, anything. strugglin' real hard right now.kiss-asskiss-asskiss-asskiss-ass

Cops don't come up to a door and make a comment like that unless they wanted to just scare you out of it. A lot of cops don't care a about weed or smoke it themselves.
They just really didn't want to arrest you

They didn't have a warrant, were lazy, and just hoped you'd let them through the door and cave in.
Either way your fine now if you keep shit clean for a while and maybe reset somewhere else in a bit of time.

also, if ur sketched about ur bong in case they come back i'd suggest keeping the bowl in a secret stash spot. if they come back with warrants or anything and find the bong, they cant get u for possession, which they could if u had the bowl with weed resin.

They can get you for resin, I have had hands on experience with this. You can have bongs and pipes and everything if they are clean but if they have any trace of resin or any weed etc. its enough to get you busted. Hell you can even have seeds if they are sterilized, lol but who wants sterile seeds?

medical card in california does not make it legal no matter what your paper work says. It is still illegal in federal law. If you get caught and brought to court it only gives you sa better chance on fighting it.

IT depends on the state whether or not they'll get you for parphenalia and yes in some states resin or a crumb can get you possesion.

What happened to you doesn't sound real. Are you sure your friends didn't just lie to you? Maybe they just wanted your pretty plants and bud.

It's VERY unusual to just get a visit like that without a warrant or a bust. Something is not right.

when i was in court a guy was there because he had resin in his bong. he asked the judge about the law in front of everyone and she confirmed it. resin counts as possession. keep the bowl stashed somewhere if u wanna be safe.
