I actively have 30 resumes out....I have yet to even get a response from any of them. I was atleast expecting a "Sorry, you don't qualify..." Nope, notta...I think it is pretty rude. I even flew to Md. from Fl. for an interview. They knew I was spending money to fly there...interview went great, they said they would let me know something "Shortly" Well, that was almost 3 weeks ago.....wtf? What happened to common courtesy????

Just one more thing to add to my rant....I had a great job! Doing medical transcription online, it was a great stoner job! Did it for years, never had a problem....About 6 months ago I get the email...."We are sorry but due to the economical times we will be sending our work overseas....." I am still working for them when they feed me a bone, but that is about it. They told me they could get it done cheaper in India....Arrrrgh!!!

i feel that man. i applied at at least two dozen places and got one call back. even though it was a rejection call, i thanked the guy profusely for just giving me a 30 second call.. i finally found a job at a super target stocking produce. (my last job was computer repair) now i have another job as a baker at panera bread. the job as a baker actually pays 13.50.. not bad!!

you just have to keep whoring yourself out. i was living by doing free lance computer repairs with ads off of craigslist. i also sold a lot of stuff on craigslist. come to think of it, craigslist saved my life..

I have more dignity than to wore myself out. My trade and crafts are unique, just like every project I take on. I will not even apply at target etc. Corporate America should be burned to the ground!

Craigslist sure does wonders! But, there are some real freaks on there too!
There was a story a few weeks ago about that guy that answered an ad to get a massage from some woman....He was a second year medical student, looked like a nice guy....He went to the hotel to meet the woman and he killed her.
You are heck of alot safer working for Target and Pannera!

I am perfectly capable of defending myself. I don't typically take work from craigslist. I work for individuals and small businesses mostly, most of my work has been through word of mouth and network referrals, and that kind of work is slowing down super slow..

I have harvested 70 plus plants in the last 7 months, I grow plenty of pot, and spend no money on pot. I need work. The money isn't there to go around, its being sucked into banks and real estate and rich peoples pockets....

1 lb of heads: $4000+

Seems like enough money to live on to me.

in cali a lb doesn't go for that much buddy.... and I don't sell herb. I work. I smoke a lot of the herb I grow, and give most away. If I am lucky, a patient or two will donate enough to buy more soil etc. to keep growing. I am not selfish. The herb I smoke and the people I help are the reward for the work I do growing. The other kinds of work that I do I expect money for.
Though, clubs do pay well for pounds, unless you travel far with something special for them, they're not going to pay that much. I know, I might have to go that route someday.... I would much rather not though......

I'm sure the clubs would give you 4k for your product, unless it's horribly mediocre.

Move it down to Socal you could pull 4k/# easy if your stuff is good. That equates to $8.00/gram so that is hella compassionate anyhow.
