I just find it weird that a black man says he was called N**** and people say prove it...
whenever any accusation is made, we should always ask for some sort of proof. in our society we have developed the mindset that a victim should be afforded special consideration and we must demand proof before that advantage is granted, especially to members of the ruling elite. we all admit that men with such power should never be taken at face value, but you find it odd that we should question the veracity of his statement? what i find odd is that his word seems to hold some special weight for you simply because of the color of his skin. if i were to stand before the cameras and make a claim of prejudice, i know some proof would be required. i'm sure there would be some few who would be willing to simply take my word for it, but it would be a very few. why is it that you are so willing to believe the claim of one over another? could it be your own prejudices at work?

Racism sadly still exist in this country. I have never been one to let that type of stupidity hold me back. Call me a n**** and it lets me know that I have won the argument. I just find it weird that a black man says he was called N**** and people say prove it...Most folks would not have a comment either way unless they were there...
You find it hard that people want proof of something? What planet do you live on? Most folks would not have a comment? Because you say so? Hogwash.

Your word means nothing compared to the truth. Unlike you I do not drink the koolaid. I actually scratch beyond the surface and look for the truth.

ok I'm assuming that you are a woman ( I may be wrong) but what if you are in a crowd and in that crowd some one slapped you on the azz and then squeeze it real hard but did not leave a mark....If you did not have proof of it on video then it never happened right..is that the thinking here ????

so we trade racism for racism and the cycle continues. we willingly divide ourselves into armed camps and reenact the same battles over and over again.
i'm racist for making a true statement??? i'm simply correcting a popular misnomer that whites tend to bring up in any argument over race in this country. so often in fact that i think they actually believe it. it is often insinuated that there are more blacks in welfare reform programs than people of other races when this is simply not true. the only camp that i am part of is one that is based on love and truth. people who don't possess these characteristics aren't allowed in my camp.

Racism is the issue they want ppl talking about. It's really all about how the ppl are FED UP with the Federal takeover of the economy and every facet of the individual citizens lives.

Obama and co. are pretty much setting up a welfare state for the short term, and a failed state in the long term.

Ppl are getting organized....and see the ONE set of folks who are CLEARLY doing the DAMAGE.....

SO....

divide & conquer. Throw out the R word...... Lewis....you speaking tomorrow? R word lewis....get it out there.

DEFLECT DEFLECT DEFLECT.......

Obama and Co. need to GO...... November folks.....then 2012. Hey the Mayans might have been right all along.

There is more slavery today than there was at the time of the US Civil War.

It's not extinct ... it's flourishing.

i'm male and i really don't care who grabs my ass, as long as they are willing to suffer the consequences. you can go ahead and try to equate a physical assault with name calling all you want, but in neither case can any action be taken without proof. in this case, the action is the advantage granted the victim and the attempt to disgrace an entire movement over the possible use of a derogatory term.

i'm racist for making a true statement?
no, the racism comes from the old "my people are better than your people" argument that only serves to separate humanity into warring tribes.

racism only works if you allow words to hurt you.
now if we could just get everyone else to understand this we'd be way ahead of the game. we should be treating crimes as crimes and hate as a negative emotion, not a crime in itself.

We not talking about action being taken...We talking about just believing it could and did happened...If you tell me someone slap your azz and then grab it. I'm going to believe you...Now unless you have proof no action can be done to stop the person from doing it ( unless you catch them and do something yourself )....the question is why people would not believe you ..I would believe you if you told me someone keeps grabbing and slapping your azz in a crowd ;-)

sticks and stones.

it's just words.
Well this is not always true...let me use myself as example..Say as a business owner I said to myself " Hey I can't hire any white people because they smoke meth, think they know everything and would just steal my equipment, I also won't hire a black guy because they lazy , smoke crack and would just steal my equipment..I guess I will hire only Mexican because they hard workers and they work for cheap...Very racist and stereotypical comments...I'm sure by me not hiring those people base on stupidity and rascism I hurt some families. That black or white man might have needed that job and could have possible been the best worker one could have had...so in fact I too was hurt by being racist.

I myself hire based on experience...now if you have a family you will get move up to the top of that list...Men/Women with family tend to have a better attendance record and seem to be more responsible about keeping a job.
