looks good man. you know pg can be adjusted right?
also it looks like the leaf loss was do to a N def. most people get them early on in flower cuz they cut out all veg nutes and just add bloom witch does not have enough N. to support green leafs. mabye next grow add veg nutes a few times through out flower
you can't tell from the pics but the major def was actually magnesium. up close the plants show several deficiancies. the issue is the water. comes out of the tap at 7.0 and turns the soil to 5.0 even before nutes enter the equasion. i should have used lime but i skipped it because i could not find dolomite in anything less than a 50 pound sack which is totally retarded for an apartment grow. i wouldn't have anywhere to put it. fucked up thing is i started another batch vegging in my tent and no lime there either. i have grown at 3 different addresses and this is the only address that i've had these issues. i even switched up the nutes this round and no difference. it's definately the water but i'm crossing my fingers that lime will resolve the issues in future grows because i'm fucked otherwise. i can't afford a decent ro system nor can i be trusted to stay on top of the upkeep of one. plus the water can't be THAT bad, just not so great for plants apparently. i mean it's not like we're all dropping dead from drinking it. it smells like dirty pool water though. i used to leave my water out to evaporate the chlorine but noticed no difference/improvement in the plants so i said fuck it. i'll be moving within 3 years so by the time i dial in this water bullshit i'll have to start all over again anyway.

hmmmm, a ph of 7 isnt really all that high, it should not be dropping your soil ph like that either. my tap water smells like chlorine strong so i always left jugs out forthe bad to evaporate out. i add nutes and then ph it to 6.5. if i were you i would be double checking my ph im watering at and mabye leaf the jugs of water open again, ive never seen water do that to a plant. or since it is winter now you can collect rain water

i know. it's fucked up. i can definately taste a difference in the water when i filter it first. i'm going to try filling a 5 gal bucket with brita filtered water which should only take me about an hour  and then i'll put some sort of screen thing on it and leave it overnite in the closet. if that doesn't fix it i'm pretty much fucked. is melted snow the same as rain water? there will be plenty of snow in a couple weeks. even if i just mix the two together and "lessen the poison" of the tap it would be an improvement. if i had the funds i would honestly have a chemist analyze the water and tell me if there's anything i could do to it to make it more suitable. best i can tell it would cost around 200 bucks and for that amount i could just buy better water.

1st pic is bluenose pit, 2nd pic is american pit, both faces are more smashed than mine. pure ppits have shorter faces, and not long snouts with skinny jaws:bigjoint:
I got an american pit myself. Mine looks exactly alike to yours lol same colors in the same spots except the back feet aren't white but the fronts are.

yes snow melt should work just dont use it to water when it is still cold and check the ph to be safe, most rain water is a neutral ph unless in huge cities like china where the rain is acidic

Yo mcpurp, finally starting another grow..popped 6 beans in the shot glass tonight
i will check it out here very soon

Hey mcp, what kind of fur issues are you talking. I have a Mastiff that I've been dealing with fur and skin issues too and I finally figured out what it was and found a good product for it. Anyway, is the skin raw and irritated with some oozing and pussing and patches of fur falling out?

well my dog loses fur on his rear lower legs and it works its way up the back legs, it also is very thin on the chest, neck, belly and tail and sides. he does not have puss or anything cuz he is on prednisone and it keeps him from flaring up but is not curing him, he has a cut on his ear that has not healed for 2 years now. with out the pill every day he breaks out ina rash like hives and itchs and bleeds all over his body.
ive been told by the vet that it was first fleas, then mange, then allergies, then fleas again. ive spent like 3000 dollars to the vets so far and still cant find out what is wrong with him the vet cant seem to find out what he has either. ive treated him with so much stuff

Just coming to the end of week 4 and getting ready to send them into flower.
Let her up once for a day to stretch and thats it.
As of right now all 6 plants have over 25 bud sites and all are with in an inch and a half from being the same heigth.

Gotta love "Lemon G" under 600's..

looks good BG.
what do you mean by you let her up once a day to stretch?
I let her up "once" for a day to stretch a little.
Her growth was covering it self so I untied her so she could put some distance between the nodes.
the beach and needle 290.jpg(My Girls Lemon "G" the first day we met.)

I failed to mention my style.

I use soft plastic pots and slide shiskabob sticks through the sides where ever needed.
This give me a tie down spot before it reaches the edges of the pot.

My larger pots are hard plastic so I pre drill holes all the way around the bucket
and use the same sticks. For larger branches I use thick wire with a hook on the end
and sink them in the soil.
the beach and needle7 293.jpg(You can see the sticks are going through the pot so I can tie down on both sides of the plant with the same stick
This is about two weeks into veg)

I tend to use more string and anchors to the sticks and sides of the pot then I do
the heavy wire jammed into the soil. Just my way to avoid root damage.

I've had tops pop off and branches snap and see it as part of the relationship.
I now know 4 ways not to tie down branches.

I adjust once a day about 1/2 way through the 18 on cycle.

View attachment 1304338(Same plant as above, coming to the end of week 4 in veg. Still only about 16 inches from soil to tops but is about 18 inch's around and all tops. The last week in veg has been spent under the 600's since the tent was empty. Now I plan on getting a nother 6 for my smaller tent. )

This is my first grow.
I run a veg tent with a 400W 48 deep, 48 high 6'2 long.
(I have a tent laying on it's side due to heigth issues)
Then up stairs I'm running the "Double ot 6" .
2 600W in an 4 ft by 8ft 6'3 high flower room with filters and cooling fans.
Fox farm nutes and I believe it's "pro max" soil.

Now I'm veggin some widow big bud and a free kush from seed.
Have some "mango" and "donkey dick" clones coming this weekend.

I'm lucky and live in Mich, 12 plans per patient and there are two of us.
By Feb I will be harvesting about 8 plants every 30 days or so.
Each harvist will consist of two diffent strains 4 plants each.

the beach and needle 274.jpgthe beach and needle 270.jpgThe big tent with the double 6's.

And this is my first seedling. 6 out of 6 have poped and stretched about the same.
Big Bud X White Widow... Tied them down for the first time today. I'm sure they will love it.

Now if I can only figure out what my problem is cloning, I'd be set.

This entire post probably makes no sense, just got some "Apollo" and
should have posted first.

You gotta be cognizant of heat when starting seeds especially just before they start to go alternate leaf structure. Otherwise you'll get mostly male. Gosh it's been years if anybody remember me from OG days it's me.

i understood this post my friend. i like you way of lst, ive never seen chop stciks used like that before nice work. also ive heard that in mich. you can legaly grow 12 plants but can only have 1 ounce of dry material is that true, and ifso how do any growers keep weed

very nice LSTs guys. Here is my first LST attempt, today they are 4 weeks old, one is a girl, the other one I don't know... Hope you will enjoy

i do agree that seedlings should not be exposed to extreme heat by it will by no means turn a plant MALE, it may turn it hermie but not male. a seeds sex is determined before it even reaches your hands, it is determined while it is still being made by the mother
