Trimming fan leafs

Well I've tried it your way and it works. I've tried the technique the way I've been saying as well, and it works better. I got the idea from the cannibus grow bible by greg green. Have you tried both trim techniques like I have, or just that one? If it doesn't make sense to you then don't try it. i don't care....
I see a lot of stuff written by people and i still disagree with it.
It wouldn't matter to me if gandalf said it.
Basically any plant you cut must be cut as little and as cleanly as possible:blsmoke:

I really do like the way the blueberry ppp looks. it must be a really good daytime high, like a social buzz. If you would have cut your leaves in half first before you clipped them, then your buds would be bigger

I didn't say cutting a plants leaf off will make it produce seeds. I said too much stress causes hermie's and cutting leafs half off are a form of stress. Look man, just because your way works for you doesn't mean that our way doesn't work for us. Everybody has different methods and different setups. I choose the things I do because of experience: they have personally worked better for me.

I already said your way works and neversaid it didn't. I just said my way works better. ( for me) and (probly you too). How can you say that way has personally worked better for you if thats the only way you've tried? All I'm saying is, how can you say it doesn't work if you've never tried it? It does NOT stress your plant. If you've tried it you wouldn't be saying that. If I cut a leaf in half and the plant is still growing fast as fuck I'm not really sure how thats stress. explain it to me.

I choose not to use your method because I have seen many others fail where you seem to have succeeded. Any damage done to your plant, including topping and trimming leaves creates stress. Hence the reason why plants take a few days to come back from damage done to them. Apparently there are some past hostilities between the two of you that would probably be best left out of the forums and in pm's if you really feel the need for all the name calling. Munch you'll just have to face the facts that we're all quite happy with how we are growing. Those who have tried your method and come back to the method we use and from the personal results I've seen others use in my area, this is why I choose not to use your method. It's actually fairly simple to understand. Why use something on my plants that I have not yet seen positive results from, only hostile spewings from someone who is obviously not happy with the fact that the method you use may, in fact, be not as great of a technique as you originally thought. Back up your methods. Consider a grow of two plants where you use one method on one and one method on the other. When you document your findings, I will gladly accept them. Until then :bigjoint: ...

whats the point of cutting half the leaf off and then cutting the rest off a few days later!just cut the leafs off as close to the stem as possible and be done with it.

the leaf can be pulled of with no muscle invovled, other wise its not good to cut anything off ur plant while the buds are developing, if the leaf basically falls off its ok as the plant has rejected it from further nutes, but u shuddnt really cut anything of at all, as u stunt growth

any dying leaves or leaves blocking bud sites pull or cut off,its fine as long as you dont go ott.i usually do it before 12/12 coz my plants get super bushy!and coz some of the fan leaves i remove are healthy it slows things down for a few days then it business as usual!removing dying leaves tho shouldnt slow things down atall.

In my gallery as always. Are you SURE your not underage BTW?
You need nodes. where are your nodes? short and bushy is better than tall and skinny.Maybe you should learn how to prune before you decide to lecture me on removing a simple fan leaf. I don't understand how you can be so confident and call me out like that with some shitty plants. how tall are they? its wasted space. you need advice....
