THANK YOU!! WONDERFULLY STATED!! I'm 1 of the people that went out and "found" these airpots! then paid just under $10 out the door for 1 5 gallon "AIRPOT":dunce: also there was only 1 place that I could find in town (a very large metropolitan american city) that sold them and of course this particular store was well over 20 miles away!!! ;-)

So I invested time, money and a saturday morning getting a "AIRPOT" thinking they were the next best thing sense sliced bread! lol!!

Well 1st the hydro store that was selling them, after I called and was told "we have plenty" only had 1 in stock, so I was only able to by 1 when I actually wanted to buy 4.

I'm grateful that they did only have 1 instead of the 4 because I would have just wasted even more money then I did!! side by side in my 4x4 secret jardin I noticed absolutely NO DIFFERENCE in growth or yield! none what so ever in the airpot then in the 5 gallon "NORMAL" planting container I was growing a sister plant in! NONE WHAT SO EVER!!

:finger: airpots!!!:bigjoint:
how big is the airpot (5 gallon right?) and how old is the plant?
I've seen a bunch of grows where the airpot plants were always more impressive than the regular pot plants they were growing with

You say 5gal pot so like 20L .......You would have been able to grow the same plant in a 2gal airpot!!! and if your others were in 2gal standed pots also, then they would have got root bound and the airpots wont have!!!!! .....prob why you didnt notice anything, didnt fill your pots!!
Smaller pots means less space, nutes.........

Hello PUKKA BUD, when I bought mine no one mentioned that the smaller pot would grow the same as a regular 5 gallon pot, in fact they said the opposite! told me If I was using 5 gallons before I would want to stay with the equivalent!

both the airpot and my regular 5 gal pot looked about the same in size and both grew some beautiful white widows that were both cloned from the same plant. both did very well!! but there just didn't seem to be any difference at all in the plant that was grown in the airpot!

aint my product bro and i aint selling shit but dont be posting bad vibes on here it aint what riu is about. i accept ur apology and would like to clean the slate, i'm not an argumentative person.

i have big fairly airpots (i have 10L) (ur gallons are different to ours so metric is easier for all) and i veg for a minimum of about 5-6 weeks or ur not getting the full wack of the pot in my opinion. also clones would have 2 be run for a side by side, did u use clones for ur side by side?

did u not check my pal Pukka's wonderfull looking roots before u posted? i've never seen such healthy looking roots in a pot thats for sure.

how large where their airpots and how long did they veg and how long did they flower? I have yet to hear from the people complaining about the difference in size to give some kind of time table so we can see if maybe they didn't have enough time to fill up that much volume?

The 20L 1's your usin are big for what were growin mate unless your growin 5-6 foot trees!!! you want the roots reachin the edge quick so they get air pruned and chuck another root out!, i think the 10L are best for a weed plant, 8L would be perfect for me i think but they dont do them could always trim some of bottom of the pot, they do 6L witch i think if your only growin 1-2ft plants would work good with how many roots you end up with, with out the circling..and that would save on nutes, also more roots + more happier plant!!..........

I'll say I was quite pleased with how big my .8 gallon air pot plants got with only a month of veg before 12/12, I think its the perfect size for a SOG of 2 ft plants. If I had 9 of em I would go that in my 2.5ft x 2.5ft x 6ft tent with my 395w LED

Day 51:
7 main bud stems and a bunch of little popcorn bud sites throughout the bottom. Big bud explosion since last week. Been feeding it w/ the PBP bloom line + Sweet and Brer Rabbit unsulphured molasses @ 1tblsp/gal. Just did a 2 liter Clearex flush yesterday and I've been feeding with straight water thereafter. Going to jump back to the bloom routine tomorrow and double up on the molasses.

Great stuff man, could I bother you for a some pics taken at from the same vertical level as the top of the pots? I think it would be cool to how tall your plants are compared to their pots, and to jsut good a good sideways shot in :P

PS: Is that mylar?

Thanks man.Yeah no prob, I'll try to take some in a bit. It's just hard since its taking up the entire tote side to side. I'll take measurements too. Yeah it's mylar (emergency blanket) and it has foliar spray all over it. haha..

Day 58:
Tried to take some shots at a vertical level but it's hard when it's inside a tote. I'll have better pictures next to a yard stick on chop day. Rough height estimate, the plant is about 18-23" in height.. I also did an LST on her so that's a loss of a few inches. Judging by the pics, when would be the best time to chop?

Thanks. Yeah, I think I'll have to agree with 3 weeks too. Even though the 'instructions' say 65 days. Hardly even 10% orange hairs right now. Also, this strain is a hybrid lowryder x Black domina. Isn't Black domina a purple strain? I'm not sure if I'm supposed to see any purpling but I was just curious. ( I know it doesn't help potency..Some purp for bag appeal would be nice :p )

i found a neat trick for converting the 10L to an 8L... just insert the base of the unit higher up in the pot.. obviously doesn't decrease diameter but it does decrease overall volume
