I don't even think this question can be answered straight. It probably goes by bud size, and the amount of pollen those buds get.
why do you keep answering questions when you have no clue what you are talking about?
this is a serious question btw. truly curious.

I gave you a serious answer. There is no "strain" for seeds. Put lots of pollen on your girls, and you'll get lots of seeds.
wasnt what i was referring to, but this fed my curiosity either way.

why dont you make a youtube video about it

I will, when I am breeding. I haven't been able to attempt to make any of my own strains yet... I've never had a male plant...

Hey sub,
if you ever cross the sweet Irish with the Jamaican...call it "irieland". Just a random thought that came to me while in my room this morning.

I'm pretty sure their both cuts, so he can't cross the two. Awesome name tho I like it, creative.

What does smoking with your plants do? Is there anything they can take from the smoke the same as regular carbon dioxide? I've heard of a forest fire making new plants growth up to 3ft in 1 night, just because of the levels of carbon dioxide made from the fire, mixed with the richness of soil (slash and burn method), and the temperature/humidity after the fire.

"Respiration and Photosynthesis

  • In human beings, cigarette smoke clogs the lungs with a tar-like substance. Plants have lungs, too, in the form of tiny stomata on each leaf. Stomata are very small openings through which the plant respires. Cigarette smoke can coat the leaves of plants and clog the stomata. This can hinder the ability of the plant to absorb sufficient amounts of carbon dioxide, which is necessary for the plant to produce food for itself. The result is stunted growth or death of the plant."

Why does it always seem like your looking for a shortcut with growing....? I thought you were working on a ash "fertilizer" already lol.

I have a friend who has for as long as I've known him insists on "smoking with his plants". . . I tried to tell him several times, your actually making it so your plants can't breath, and he wonders why he never gets more than an oz a plant. . .Gotta love the guy tho, he's a real good dude, but just insists on smoking with his plants. I think it's because he lives by himself so they keep him company while he smokes, lmao. . . remind you of anyone? ? ?

It wouldn't be a stretch of thought to make the connection that combusted carbon and other components found in exhaled smoke from mj or anything for that matter would hinder your plant. Heavy smoke is going to have an effect no matter what the burnt material is.......

Carbon filters... I run two for 12,000 watts. i don't think smokin a couple joints a day hurts them

Hes talking about using the smoke itself as a quick fix growth stimulator.... Comparable to a forest fire as he cited in his post. I would imagine we're not talking about smoking like you described but rather smothering the plant in smoke with little to no airflow if this "theory" we're to actually be applied.

All I really want it for someone with 9000 posts in a year and a half to use the search function when he has random questions. This is just one of the things you'd find

Pretty sure sub said he does not recommend smoking with the plants because he believes the smoke blocks the pores (stomata?). The co2 from blowing smoke on your plants would primarily come from your lungs, which would be the same or more if you didn't smoke :) I sometimes have been known to smoke around my plants but I try to aim the smoke away. :) That's like cannibalism.

All you guys really don't know finshaggy very well. I'm not sure I'd go as far as to call him a troll (tho maybe some would), but you may be better off treating him like one it's not gonna get better :)

No, you're making assumptions. I just gave that as an example because I have heard that fire and smoke like in a forest fire can do crazy amazing things, so I was asking if blowing smoke in your closet would add any corbon dioxide that they could use.
