moving elbows at a price is one thing, street prices

Hockey, all the people going to clubs, markets Craigslist etc...they felt relatively safe moving grams-zips to strangers...those days are going to end I assume...so those growers will most likely take less money n move weight to one or two ppl. And let someone. Else break up the lbs n move em....atleast that is what I would do if I were in that situation.

you make a good point, may very well be right. But from what I know about this business is higher risk means higher reward. And it seems like risk of "selling" just went up a notch.

If you think about it though price for meds in Michigan should not change at all. Demand/supply did not change at all. Its not like the SC ruled that growing was illegal or something drastic. The supply chain is just going to shift. All you kids on here might be able to make some good beer money slanging 8ths now lol

Only if the dispensaries do shut their doors. We will see.

I've heard some mmj shop owners will move underground
and keep the boat afloat. How this possible? seems too risky.
Someone told me today that he heard they are all going to switch to delivery services.

Just as risky though, prolly not gonna happen.

yes this is also going on in Cali as we speak. the sc justices will hand down their decisions by spring
and they strongly hinted that cities will be allowed to ban dispensaries.
There's a huge difference between cities having the ability to ban dispenseries and Michigan sc deciding that all dispenseries, caregiver to caregiver and p2p illegal.

Amen brother! If only the general populace understood such a concept, then there may be true hope for change and democracy ...

Fuck, how do I get that on a bumper sticker LMFAO

Ay TM, just sayin that this country is SUPPOSED to be a republic. 'For the people, by the people.' A democracy is essentially mob rule.

Farmers Markets should be run so only Caregivers can rent booths and people can donate money to them for their wares. that was it should be legal...

what's going on at the jackson FM is going to get worse. growers try hard, put out a product and most people are scared to come get their medicine. a bunch of guys come in early and beat them up on price demanding weight and cheap weight at that with no regard for quality or medicinal purposes at all and just act as criminal re-salers a basic fence for lots of uncarded guys. call it jumping to conclusions or whatever stereo typing but I know thats what all this QP talk is it's not even hidden its bold and brazen. poor guy (older guy vending) had got beat up for over an hour showing a wad of cash and sayin' awwwwhh man its too much, lemme look around like five times. eventually guy broke and took like 625 for 4 ounces. No real patients were helped here and the grower got boned because he wasn't going to move it anywhere else. One dude actually asked me to divide it up into 4 quaters for him. he had a patient card, nothing more so why break up your meds? You know why. Dispensaries do not have this issue. price of a dispensary and having them act as your sales person keeps people like that poor old vendor inadvertently facilitating that kind of stuff. you can't make money on the street when you have to pay full price. 300 doesn't split up to worth it in 1/8 bags. Dispensaries did lots of good things, markets allow for everyone to get a shot at the game but really it's making starter growers take a hit and helps the black market thrive. just an observation from this weekend and all the other times at a market. it's a wholesale stop for the black market with a few patients really looking.

that's how it works. you have always had to be a caregiver to vend, at least one patient. no patients can vend without having a patient they are caregiver for.

Any dispensaries closing their doors yet? Or are they all gonna risk it and stay open to "see what happens"
the clubs in Ann arbor are not gonna close....Ypsilanti neither IMO

ann arbor waited 45yrs for this....the whole city wants/supports it for the most part--

and Jackson is got a lot of sick folks there that want their access...
jc3 and the markets there have a lot of support...

and let's not even mention flint--and the gc3 tribe

did I say Dtroit/Godzilla?

clubs are still there...some are closing --I don't think would go to any 'new' ones like all up on 8mile and shit-

i think their 're-organizing' .....like chapter 11 or something....you know gettin their ducks/lawyers in a row-

mayb they will all be private social clubs now and we can do whatever we want behind closed doors consenting adults...like with are gurlfriends and shit...

i think hash bash is going to have a whole nother meaning this year for a lot of angry patients...
like a flash mob burn and run thing...like always....can you picture it...?......
thers prolly gonna be 5,000 people all in one place---"sharing" a joint....

sounds like peaceful civil disobedience--

--bunch of people all burnin leaves and sharing...illegal?.....that's what the new law says?

its a ticket in Ann arbor if you get caught-:joint:

EDIT: I would add supporting the meeting at wired cafe in Lansing Tuesday might be a good show of support...political personal differences aside-

just found this--
