12 cents per kilowatt hour on average most places.. do the math.
hahahahahahahahhaha yeah right.. u have never been to cali... they do shit on a tier.. when I was out there I socal getting down I was paying sce like .33 per kwh!!!!!!! fuck those mother fuckers!!!!!

Whats the rough estimate of monthly rent/bills of a place with that sorta set up. How many rooms you got total there? What do you say you use that space for?
I pay 5k flat every month to my landlord to cover rent and electricity. He's a good friend and he knows about the whole operation. The highest bill we've had with all rooms maxed is about $2,200. There's (3) bloom rooms, a veg room, full front office, and (2) 10Ton A/C units.

rinse cubes, take cutting dip in hbormex for 2 min. place in cube. shake the cub gently using inertia to allow the water to fall out, when it feels almost void of water i place cutting/cube in a HIGH WALLED but open container and spray daily with distilled with 5ml dynagrow grow per gal. weighing thre cubes with my hand an shaking out the water as needed.

(when i say "shaking out the water" i simply start rhe cube at shoulder level in my hand, allow my hand to fall and stop as fast as i can at waste level, it its a large bendy clone i support it between my fingers as i do this)

personaly i use rockwool and bubble cloner. i like the bubble cloner, 100% thus far in distilled, rockwool is in second then aero. reverse for amount of time to root.
Thank you kind sir. I cleared a nice big space in my veg room for some moms. I won't need clones for another 8 weeks so that should give me some time to grow them out. What system would be most efficient? I was thinking DWC buckets.

I appreciate that friend. I've learned a lot from this site so I figure I owe it to the community to show what I know up to this point. I also think it's important to constantly seek criticism from people in order to stay on top of your game and possible learn something new.

you have some good points and a great lookout on getting shit done, once u dial this in dude u will be getting huge yields, genetics i think si very important, if your cash cropping make sure u get a strain that yields well without to much potency loss, if its all head stash and patients then make sure u grow great medical, dont care about the yield so much.

Hey everyone. Me and a couple of friends (all legal MMJ patients and caregivers) recently finished construction on our new op. I'm very excited, but also a bit nervous as I have a fair amount riding on the success of this operation. That's the reason I've decided to document every step from the beginning; so that I can get feedback from the community and hopefully avoid some of the mistakes others have made. I'll skip the small talk for now and get to the details..

The room I'll be focusing mostly on is approx. 22'x14' w/ (4) 4'x6' E&F Tables, (1) 3'x3' E&F Table, and 11,000Watts of HPS. Each large table has (2) 1000W and the small table has a single 1000w.

This room will remain empty for at least another few weeks as I just picked up clones 2 days ago. The clones (TahoeOG) were cut on the 24th and are not completely rooted yet, so I have them in domes for now. They're in rockwool slabs which will later be placed in 6" HUGO blocks.

After they are rooted, I will place them on the Veg table, which is another 4'x6' with a 600w HPS over it. I'll veg them until they're about 12"-18" then I'll place them in their final positions on the bloom tables, which will be lined with 1/4" coco mats. I'm thinking probably 16 plants per table.

Comments and advice are appreciated, thanks for reading!
were you planning on running the tables the other way? Looks like the hoods should be going the other way to me. Whys the one in the middle there?

fuck thats a lot. almost worth it to run diesel gen at that point.

Once I get a couple harvests out of these rooms I'm going to upgrade them and start really focusing on potency. Hopefully by that time I'll have a good genetic stock and I can start dialing in each strain accordingly. These tables are temporary and they're basically the simplest system there is but you do have to keep a close eye on things. Eventually I want to upgrade to a recirculating DWC or undercurrent system to drop my plant numbers and give me a bit more control of the roots.

seems high, mines 9 cents. I know the formula, just curious is all. I don't know all the extra equipment hes got going so yeah, curiosity is all, most I would ever do it 4k in lights I refuse to have over 10lbs at any one time.
you can give me the extra!:D

I put the clones that have decent roots into some perlite with no dome. A few leaves are starting to turn yellow so they're about ready to start eating. I soaked the perlite with a weak solution of Aqua Flakes A.
