holes in plants and rotting of some sort

this is my first grow and ive got some sort of problem i thought it was a pest problem so i sprayed some pesticide and then i thought it was underfertilized so i fed it some organic fish stuff now i dont know what to do :( the bottom leaves are especially yellow and a tiny tinge of black
whats wrong help me guys :(

The small oblong leaves (first set) will fall off early, that's normal.
But it looks kinda wet, don't overwater.
