Thanks for the answers guys , it was an overfeed or salt accumulation , checked the runout , it was close to 5.4 , way too acidic for soil , i gave her ph 7 water for few days now it's back to normal , no more progression of the shit , but i'm close to harvest now .

I think you are talking about soil buffer , but soil has his limits too , as i can see on your photos , your pots do not seems to be large , so if you give them alkaline water for too long , soil Ph will raise , and thus blocking some nutrients . So forget about the soil buffer , mix your water...
