What kind of light are you using???

ok im new to the indoor grow but ive grown a couple from outside.. but ive never done it inside...ive watched a couple vids but im not sure what to really use..like the lights and the type way i should grow it... well if anyone can help me..i would really appreciate it..thanks Hope everyone has...

yeah i was planning on using soil..but i was watching some vids and their usig mylar???i dont know where to get it at..u know where i can get some of it????

yeah that would be good..but me i honestly, i just use one warm and one cool white fluorescent and put it within one inch of the plant for the veg..im just sayin but thats would i would do...good luck on the grow..
