Dropping you're water level from 75% to 50% increases your oxygen levels....the less water you have the more oxygen, with the same amount of air stones that is.....

depends on {how nuted the soil is} is it miracle grow, or soil thats been treated by you ?????? It would be best to start them in plain soil but you could start them in a mildly fertilized soil......Like 1/4 strength solution........

vinegar breaks down too fast , this causes the wild ph swings....you can use it in an emergency but not for continued use .....if you don't have a hydro shop nearby you can get ph up and down at your local pet store.....just make sure you get the acid base and not citric acid they break down...

Go to lowes and buy a 10 inch clamp on reflector and three y sockets ,screw in one y then screw the other two y's into it. This gives you four cfl's in one clamp on fixture and no wiring to deal with....hope this was helpful....
