ok i need some help there is this website and they sell lights cfls and i need to know the best lights i can get within my price range i have 30 dollars and they have some really low wattage lights but with really high lumens like 3000k per bulb now thats good right? anywayz i was wondering cuz...

ok well right now i got 3 23 watt cfls and one 20 watt cfl on my started plant thats in a plastic cup this should be good for a lil bit right?
