First flowering problem that I never had before . Can it be the strain ?????

85 pinapple chunk /50 hydro and 35 soil ,6 1000 hps and 35gl. water system, 5 wall fans and16 btu air converter .

Can someone tell me why pinnaple chunk is so slow flowering after 37 days of12/12
